Came here for years, price was right and always a wonderful getaway for just the two of us. Great location, rooms spacious, clean and comfortable and only a block or so to the beach and pier. Close enough to take a leisurely walk to State St. You can see and enjoy the cute and quaint homes along the way, once...

I was happily surprised of our room. I felt like I was at home! A small apartment/ cottage feel. The jacuzzi was right outside our door. Walking distance from the harbor! I am definitely going back. The bathroom was beautiful. The room was very clean. White wood shutter windows. Continental breakfast. The sofa couch was very comfortable. I was very...

This small quaint inn was a nice find for my daughters and mine getaway. It was close to the beach and State Street and had a comfortable feel. The room came equipped with a small kitchen so we could make breakfast in our room which was handy. Though they do provide a continental breakfast in the lobby if you eat...

Stayed here one night to attend a graduation ceremony. Wonderful location that is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pier and shopping. Clean room & bathroom with comfortable bed. Friendly front desk service with basic food for breakfast. Fruit, pastries and oatmeal. Nice to grab a pastry and coffee to go. The afternoon warm cookies were a nice touch....

My husband, sister and sister in law all stayed here this winter on an over night stay in Santa Barbara. It was a great choice. Clean, lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Delightful sitting room for hanging out and enjoying warm cookies in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. I...

Everything about this motel was perfect--the location (right near the harbour and State Street), the friendliness of staff, the efficiency of check-in and -out, the beautiful grounds with pool and spa, laundry facilities and especially the way the room was thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything one might need. Highly recommended.

The Franciscan Inn was a hidden gem! Found the hotel online. Spring rate of 170.00 a night. Very reasonable compared to all of the other choices. We made our way to Santa Barbara from San Diego for a one night stay. Just blocks from the beach!Upon entering the quaint grounds we were greeted with such beauty. The grounds of this...

We stayed here for one night when we were in town for a wedding. All of the big and/or fancy hotels in Santa Barbara have a 2-night minimum (which we couldn't do because of schedule), which drives me crazy -- I've been all over the country and in some great beach towns across the world, and I can't think of...

Spent two nights in end of April. Over two hundred dollars a night for a motel room which seems overpriced. Had a child with us and needed a roll away which they could not provide. Was woken up in the middle of the night by a woman screaming "he is going to kill me" scared my grand daughter to death,...
