Our family room was a bit cramped. The lighting was a bit dark and dim. The room could have done with a deep clean and update. Quite an odd set up with a noisy small fridge in the main bedroom. Biggest complaint is that there is an adjoining door to the room next door so that it freaked my family...

Where do I start - I feel the description and photos on the web are deceiving .. looks like a nice motel, but it is sub par. Front desk night person very rude. Found a lower price on the web than what I paid and ask for a price match for the following night..and good customer service says you will...

Nice hotel a little bit outside of the city center of Santa Barbara. Room was confortable. Swimming pool on site. Breakfast could be improved. A little bit pricey for what you get but overall, a good hotel.

We liked our room, adequate, clean-ish, nice bathroom, parking right outside the window. Flat TV just okay. ☕️Breakfast is a plus: bananas, cereal, oatmeal, breads, coffee etc. Mr & Mrs Staff were very attentive. The heating/air conditioner is very loud/noisy. Big refrigerator. Fine microwave. I would return for 1 or 2 nights. The pool looked inviting but it is not...

We were able to do late check out with no problems, Rate was reasonable for the area and room had plenty of provisions including fridge and microwave. We were able to rest without any distractions or worries. Parking...

Breakfast was a help yourself sort of picnic but was perfectly OK. The room was basic ( number 1), clean enough, big enough and had a great T.V with loads of channels. Parking was easy. I saw my first ever humming bird on the plant just outside my door....a big bonus.

We booked late, & were not able to get a regular room with a queen size bed, so instead of turning us away, we were upgraded to their suite. Very roomy & completely suited our needs. The room was dated, but clean. The continental breakfast was better than we anticipated, and we had a choice of eating back in our...

I had planned to stay 2 nights, leave to see other nearby areas, and return for 2 more nights. I checked out after the first night and didn't return. Overall the room was clean but it was so worn and dated that it looked dirty. The mattress didn't sleep any better than a cot would have, and the "refurbished" bathroom...
