We stopped over for one night. Extremely pleasant staff. The room was small, but we expected no more. Very cute place with small extra things that made the stay nicer - free coffee and tea 24 hours a day, newspapers in the lobby in the morning, a fire place, free bikes + helmets + bike locks, and a gym. Felt...

Had absolutely no complaints! Room was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Hotel is located in a prime area of Montecito with restaurants, walks and fun shops. Will be coming back soon for another getaway.

Poor value for the price. Required Valet parking made it difficult to have access to our car. Location was good for walking and there were many options for restaurants and beach was within a short walk

Dear Patricia, I am a bit surprised by your review considering you did extend your reservation for an additional evening. You did inform us that you wished to upgrade your room to one with a view; however, there's no mention of any issues with the size of the rooms you were accommodated in. Also, we do not require our guests...

Montecito Inn is a warm and friendly hotel. It's a feeling like being at home. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This hotel is ideal if you are visiting Westmont college. We certainly will be returning.

The rooms (especially the suites) are very nice. Howver, the service is not "world-class" as the hotel positions itself. We complaint about the continetal breakfast which was included in the room price but which could not be served because the restaurant was closed during our complete stay (neither the homepage nor the staff gave us this information). I have sent...

Hello there, I would like to address your concerns directly, as I believe I was the representative who checked your party into your rooms. If I recall correctly, you were visiting from Europe, so perhaps there was a miscommunication upon the check-in procedure, but I do recall informing you that the continental breakfast offers a selection of baked goods, fruit,...

Pros - Very nice modern looking deluxe suite with a lot of marble in bathroom & soft colors. Cons - 3 small drawers for storing clothing. No drawers in nightstands & no chest of drawers. Not much hanging space. Lighting was all about atmosphere and not reading. Effort but not a good outcome in the bathroom. Close friends live nearby...

Great hotel , undergoing some renovations , best to stay in the newer part of it for quiet and larger rooms! Pool and jacuzzi is heated, small breakfast available for free. Easy parking, restaurants in walking distance

A charming & picturesque throwback hotel. The rooms are super comfy, but small. The staff is amazing and friendly. The hotel is set on one end of the main road through the quaint town of Montecito. Great restaurants nearby and good shopping and hiking nearby as well. Definitely check it out when in the Central Coast.
