This hotel was slightly above average. While the lobby area was fairly nice, the guest rooms need to be updated. For example, the TV is too small for the size of the room. I noticed rust in multiple areas throughout the hotel. Free parking was helpful. There's a small strip mall with a Trader Joe's within a 3 minute walk...

Despite the name suggests, the hotel is not close to the airport. It's a good 20-minute drive depending on the traffic, and it can get even longer at peak times. What's on top is the shuttle bus running every hour. So if you are coming from the airport at a peak time via the shuttle be prepared for a long...

the rooms was very small, basic facilities were missing, no kettle to make tea, only coffee machine was available, no spoons were in the room, they provide only one take away paper cup (no mugs or cups). the carpet was stained.

The very friendly and helpful staff could not quite offset the poorly appointed room. Front desk staff, club level concierge, housekeeping, and valets were all friendly and very accommodating. The room itself was a very poor value. Our room was a suite in the central tower and There was no safe in the room, lousy water pressure, no slippers, and...

located about 15 minutes from sfo airport. they offer two room suites which are s9acious and well laid out. the only drawback is that wall between the sitting area and bedroom allows a fair amount of light to pass through. we had trouble with the electronic gate to enter/exit parking lot. they charge another 25/day for parking and the breakfast...

Very surprised at how nice the hotel is. Wasn't expecting to be so nice for some reason. Airport hotel are usually pretty average. Here the lobby was very nice, staff very friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious. Definitely recommend.

It's in the middle of freeways. No nice restaurant nearby, you have to take an uber everywhere. They offer free shuttle to the airport, though and you can ask them to drop you off the nearby Trader Joe's if you get hungry. The room is so simple, with white bedsheets. Reminds of motels I stayed in before, but the nicer...

I have stayed at this hotel several times for business in the Bay Area. I always enjoy my stay, from the rooms, linens, in-room dining, staff, I never have any complaints. I always get a good night's sleep, the hotel is quiet. The gym isn't huge and doesn't have extensive equipment; that is one minor drawback. Overall, always a good...

This doesn't look like your ordinary Marriott. It's not a tall building. The property is massive though. Great for weddings and conventions. The staff were great and very accommodating. The concierge lounge had great options and the restaurant on premise also had a great buffet breakfast. Very impressed with the rooms and with the ballrooms where we had our event.

The reason to stat at this hotel would be the much improved service. From the valet to the front desk experience through to room service and housekeeping, the staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. I was unfortunately ill and had a terrible trip into San Francisco. The valet jumped in to grab luggage, get me settled at front desk, parked...
