Stayed one night here and enjoyed the hotel for its location and value. If you're looking for a good sleep then this hotel will not disappoint. The king size bed is so comfortable and the room is spotless and fresh.Would consider another sleepover for the comfort factor.

this is a mom and pops run hotel, they are very tight with the continental breakfast, there are only three muffins and pastries put out in the morning so if you want seconds or someone else gets them before you, your out of luck. there is no sitting area in the breakfast area it is just a small table set...

First of all, this hotel is not by the beach. It's at least a mile away from a beach. We got an 'ocean view' room, which we could just see in the distance over the highway wall. It was mainly a highway view. On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The owners obviously try...

Nice room, cabinet for tv very large, decor like tropical island. Bed good. Staff friendly although night staff said they would get back to me so I could make local call, they never got back to me? Good budget motel. Would stay again. Donuts across the the road at surfin donuts excellent. Sonnys restaurant well worth visit, just down road.

When we hit the end of a day of poking about the back country south of LA, this hotel practically found us. Just a moment off the coast highway we saw the quaint old-styled place tucked back in a corner. Clearly geared for the surfing and beach walking art crowds, it drew us in from the start. The low prices...

Easy to find and a good location for touring up and down the coast. We asked for and got a third floor ocean view over the freeway, but quiet with the doors & windows closed. The staff was very accommodating, we had to move the 3rd night due to a leak from the rain. The room is nicely decorated, and...

We had the opportunity to stay for six nights at this hotel over the Thanksgiving holiday. Well kept, clean, and even had a view of the ocean. The management was friendly, continental breakfast enough to get us started in the morning and the location was very convenient. Loved the bed! Had a microwave and frig so didn't have to eat...

This is an old school style motel with a great design, but it does show some age. I went there with 3 other guys for a guys weekend at the beach and we had a blast. The balcony layout is really cool and we had our door open most of the time we were at the place hanging out on...

The white duvet, fluffy pillows, granite counter top, covered free parking, new tiled bathrooms and sunset view were pleasant surprises. I was on a staycation while I had company at my pad and just wanted a place that I could walk to restaurants, ride my bike from to the beach trail along the ocean and have a fridge/microwave. The room...

My husband and I travel to visit friends in San Clemente two or three times a year and we always stay here. The rooms are spacious and always clean. Traffic noise is minimal and everything is within easy walking and/or driving distance. Staff is friendly and courteous, plus the outdoor balcony/patio is perfect for afternoon wine/appetizers to hare with friends.....
