A waste of complete time and money. Do not book late at night. You will be wasting your time with annoying calls and get nowhere. There is also the fact that you have to stand outside in a shady parking lot for almost an hour AT NIGHT and not get anywhere. We ended up just leaving. Absolutely do not recommend.

Check in was rough. The owner/checkin person was not friendly or welcoming. The room was cleanish. The furniture was old. The fan in the bathroom was barely hanging on. The pillows were TERRIBLE! The bed was lumpy. I wasn’t expecting the Hilton by any means but dang. They had ice but no ice buckets. Thank goodness for the gas station and that it was only one night.

I spent two nights in the Knights Inn San Bernardino and will never make that mistake again. The hotel room was in awful condition--burn marks on the floors, dirty looking carpets, chipped and rust-stained shower/bathtub, a leaking faucet, paint and laminate peeling from the furniture, and bedsheets that didn't fit the bed.

When asked if I could change rooms I was told none others were available--and I had already prepaid through a non-refundable website...

This is the only hotel that I felt compelled to wear shoes in the room due to the condition of the floors and where I showered just before leaving the room because I felt like I was getting dirty just being in the room.

I would look for other places to stay in San Bernardino if at all possible.

I have travelled the US for both business and pleasure and never experienced such a demeaning and humiliating encounter at the hands of a hotel Night Manager! As a party of eight. Five adults, Three infants. We booked through an agent in Australia, three non smoking double rooms. I was totally appalled, each room reeked of tobacco and marijuana smoke, had mould in the bathrooms, dirty towels and what made matters worse was one of the toilets was blocked, overflowing and spewing effluent all over the floor after flushing! Adding insult to injury, the Night Manager seemed to find our situation amusing and refused to accommodate us or reimburse us. What was utterly terrifying, was while waiting in the car park for a resolution to the problem the hotel janitor threatened myself and another member of our party’s life! That was the last straw! Leaving the hotel and our money behind, we found suitable accommodation at the Orange Show Inn.

First we had trouble finding the Inn! Parking lot and sign poorly lit! And when we found a place that dump that made us feel unsafe just stopping there! Avoid this place if not not already high on drugs!

This place deserves zero stars.

Easily the WORST hotel I've EVER been to, along with ZERO customer service. Now for the story to go along with it...

I made my reservation through American Express to stay for two nights. Ended up having to cancel one night. Called Amex to do so, since you can't go directly through the hotel. I called, and they had no problems cancelling ONE night for me, saying they spoke to the manager "Bitty" (or however you spell her name) and she approved the ONE night cancellation.

I arrive at the hotel to check in and apparently my reservation had been cancelled altogether, which I did not do. So they guy at the front desk calls the manager to come help him out. Right off the bat, she is extremely rude to me, I have no idea why. All I wanted to to know was why my reservation was cancelled totally when I had not done so. The manager, Bitty kept saying over and over again how I had cancelled my reservation and that she couldn't do anything about it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT???? Wow...and of course it gets worse. SOO....She basically starts yelling at me saying I'm not listening to her, and won't even give me the time of day to explain that I had called Amex to cancel and she said they don't do work with Amex, only Orbitz, which Amex uses to book the hotel with. She said that I had to call Amex or Orbitz to figure it out and that she wouldn't call because it "wasn't her responsibility". WOW WOW WOW!!! I've never been so appalled in my life. First, she denies that SHE cancelled my reservation, and second, won't own up to it and won't try to even call Amex to straighten it out. Never once did she TRY to help the situation. And basically said that if I didn't give her any money to pay for another room, that she wouldn't help me at all.

So of course I had to call Amex to straighten it out myself since it was "my responsibility" and not hers for whatever reason....I call them and sure enough on their records it says that I had only cancelled ONE night, and not both and that the manager Bitty approved it. So he calls over to the hotel, apparently she starts giving him grief for a good 10 minutes before FINALLLYYYYY giving me a room to stay in. This whole entire process took more than 40 MINUTES. My goodness, I've never been so disrespected in my entire life.

So she finally gives my friend and I the room, barely even said "sorry" for the situation. I called her out for cancelling my reservation, which she still tried to yell at me once again saying that she didn't and that it was my fault, when she did cancel it, and apparently felt soooo bad that she had to make it my fault and act like the victim because I got upset with her.

Oh and the room was disgusting. Pee stains on the chair, floor was filthy, and it smelled weird.

My boyfriend and I were attending Crush at the NOS center and booked this hotel because it was walking distance to the event. From the minute we pulled into the parking lot we knew something was up. The hotel is backed up to the freeway behind an abandoned building--which is creepy--but the most unsettling part was the group of sketch looking people who apparently live on the side of the hotel in the parking lot. They had tents pitched and everything. We felt a little uneasy, but hey, it was only for one night so we sucked it up and went to check in. The woman at the front desk insisted she had no reservation for us and there was nothing she could do---and was really rude about it---until we showed her our confirmation email and then she miraculously found our reservation right there on her desk. There was a cracked out woman just sitting by the front desk begging my boyfriend to buy candy from her while crying. Again, we are crepes out. BUT...we figure, whatever, we're not that fancy, let's just get upstairs to the room.

The room was disgusting. Stains on the bed, the chair, the bathtub. There was hair on the bathroom floor, in the broken refrigerator, INSIDE the towels, in the bed. The towels had yellow stains on them and had obviously not been cleaned.Everything reeked of smoke horribly (and we are smokers!) We ran across the street to Target and actually bought cheap sheets for the bed and flip flops for the shower. I saw maids roaming the halls all evening but I have no clue what they were doing since it was obviously not cleaning the rooms.

Crush was awesome and we had a great time....we rolled back to the hotel around 2am to find shady people wandering in off the street and just sitting in the parking lot watching all the young ravers come back to the hotel. Creeped. Us. Out. So we head upstairs, wrap up in our Target sheets and go to bed.

The next morning, a little after checkout time, we're gathering the last of our things when someone starts banging on the door as loud as they can. It's the woman from the front desk who rudely informs us that we are there past checkout and that we now owe a fee. We say, ok that's fine, and try to give her our credit card. That's when she demands that it has to be cash, and it has to be NOW. We can't leave until we hand her cash. At this point, I had had enough. I firmly tell her we will pay but we will do it downstairs at the computer, and it will be by credit card. And what a surprise, she says never mind and walks away. BF and I speed away from the hotel as fast as possible.

We travel at lot for work and have stayed in some pretty sketchy hotels...this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Yes, we could walk to the NOS center, but it's NOT worth it. Any fellow ravers looking for hotels for Beyond in March don't stay here!!! I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.

Bedbugs in room 104. Don't believe me? Put a heating pad in the bed at night; leave for an hour; come back and look around the bed for small brownish-blackish bugs that look similiar to ticks. We had to vacate in the middle of the night when a bedbug crawled across our 5 year old's forehead.

We were just in the room having a relaxing afternoon and all of a sudden someone just barged right in. They didn't even knock on the door or announced who they were. The one night stay is becoming a embarrassing nervous stay. Just wanted to relax and feel safe.
