Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Once again the director of sales, Sandra V, created an enjoyable stay for our traveling soccer team. This location is great for soccer tournaments and we’ve always had great experiences. We had 10 families stay and we were greeted and treated well throughout the stay. The breakfast was included and helped feed our girls before their games. They were very proactive with catering to our needs as a large group. Thank you for assisting us with our multiple trips to San Bernardino. It helps ease the stress of travel.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and overall this was a enjoyable stay. The front staff was welcoming and adhered to the Covid-19 protocol. The only minus was that some guests, about 30% were not wearing any face masks. The room was as expected and seemed thoroughly clean, but I wiped the frequent touch points with my own Clorox wipes, to be sure. As a Hilton Diamond member the complimentary made to order hot breakfast, was in to-go styrofoam containers. I thought that was innovative, so a big kudos to this hotel. The fitness area was open and provided extra cleaning and limited the amount of guest in the room at one time. While exiting and entering this hotel I was impressed by all the staff cleaning all around their area which made me feel safe and ensuring us that this Garden Inn was doing above and beyond the safety protocols!

The room was very well cleaned and sanitized. They went above and beyond making the room clean. The remote was wrapped as well as each individual cup. There was also a seal on the door that stated the room had been sanitized. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were fluffy and smelled nice. The staff in the front were very welcoming and professional. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

Good
Clean room and bathroom; a/c works reasonably well; work desk chair raises to a good typing height; WiFi is reasonably good; many power outlets at the work desk.

Not good
The bath towels were on a rack inside the shower; the towels will get wet with spray or at least feel damp from the shower - this is stupid; the bath towels were moved to cubbyholes in the clothes storage area to keep them dry; while taking a shower, it was obvious that the towel rack was wet; the breakfasts in the "restaurant" area of the hotel were lacking; the continental breakfast was oatmeal, various sweet rolls and breads, and cubes of cantaloupe, honey dew, and pineapple; no consideration for diabetics with all the sweet rolls and the breads; the price for continental was at least 25% too much considering what was provided; the "order from the menu
choices" were not enough quantity considering the menu prices; we saw what was on the plates; we never ordered from the menu; the vouchers from the hotel covered the "restaurant" charges, but, breakfast would be better set up buffet style and replenish
food items as needed.

Overall
The room was nice enough, the beds were comfortable overall, but the breakfast arrangement here is very lacking and questionable; this issue needs improvement to get above a just average recommendation for the hotel.

Sales Director Sandra Van Bogget helped ensure our group had a smooth check-in, was very thorough on double checking and confirming arrival, room level requests, and check-out details. She was a pleasure to deal with and I am so very grateful for her patience through the changes to reservations and last minute changes she helped facilitate for our group booking.

The hotel food was delicious and beyond our expectations. After long work days, it was nice to NOT have to go out and endure waits at local restaurants with the hotel having plenty of menu options. The hotel was clean and quiet, rooms and beds were quite comfortable. We will be looking forward to our next visit.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a competition. We had 20+ families and athletes and coaches that stayed at this hotel. Working with the group sales team to get the family set up with a group rate was a great experience. Especially working with Sandra. She helped make sure the parents had what they needed to make the reservations and then once we were at the site helped make sure we have what we need. The staff at the hotel was great. The building was beautiful. The amenities especially the pool and spa were great. The kids had a great time and the parents enjoyed their stay as well. It was so nice to be able to gather in the lobby for breakfast and after competitions get together . The room were very nice. The staff did a great job accommodating any special requests we had. We would definitely stay here again. Sandra and her team went above and beyond to help make sure our parents and athletes had what they needed.

Well for the price you pay for these big chain hotels you can pay $5 more and stay at a much better hotel with a less famous name. The all-around atmosphere, the colors, the music, the service, the staff, everything feels like a pre fabricated experience. I mean, it's nice for a Hilton.

When I checked in, I was told that I would receive the complimentary breakfast that I’ve enjoyed since I started attaining Gold status, and have enjoyed and counted on since I achieved Lifetime Diamond status. All I needed to do was inform the breakfast host of my room number, and the breakfast would be comped. Unfortunately when I finished my meal, it was not comped, and I owed $7.00. The manager came out and explained how the ‘new’ system works with the $10.00 credit. When I tried to pay cash for the difference, the confusion began. The server said I had to go back to the front desk and pay there, since the charge had been added to my room. I had already checked out by this time, so when I went to the front desk, the receptionist informed me that I needed to take care of the bill with my server. This turned in to a rather frustrating and time consuming ordeal, with me, the server, the receptionist, and ultimately the shift manager getting involved. In the end, I was late for work, the receptionist was unhappy to the point of being surly, and I left feeling angry and very disappointed. Not the experience I’ve grown to enjoy and expect at Hilton properties. I ended up cancelling the rest of my stay and moving to a Marriott hotel that does serve complimentary breakfast… Please Hilton, go back to the simplicity of a complimentary breakfast so your hotel staff and longtime patrons don’t quit on you!!

This place has great food and the service is always a wonderful. The pool
Is heated when they say it is and the staff is always willing to lend a hand or resolve an issue. The rooms have been recently been upgraded and are a good size. I would recommend to all who want a flawless trip.
