From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel extremely welcome by Vick & Madeline, the Innkeepers. It was a prefect location to explore plenty of wineries and in walking distance to shops & restaurants. Madeline was adorable, with her cute little southern accent & welcoming arms, I felt I was at home with family. Her breakfasts are amazing..without...

Sweet sweet words and it makes my little heart smile really big. I loved having you and I hope we made your stay a memorable one. I have only been here a short time, but this is my home and I want you to feel like a guest in my home not just a customer in a room. Bring your...

The Inn St. Helena is an adorable little place that couldn't be more perfectly placed to enjoy all the things that St. Helena has to offer. It's walking distance of lots of cute restaurants and shops and in a good spot for traveling up and down the valley for wine tasting. Our group of 7 rented the entire main house...

Loved having ya'll and it was a great time had by all. We are in the process of doing some terrific upgrades to the Inn. We are removing all the carpet in the common areas and refinishing the hardwood floors. This is going to make that parlor shine like a new penny. I loved the fact that you felt so...

We recently revisited the Inn, St Helena, and it was better than I remembered from my earlier visit. While we enjoyed our last visit immensely, the management of the Inn has invested in many upgrades that make it a more comfortable stay. Me and my wife stayed in the studio suite that had its own well-equiped kitchen, and it had...

Thank you so much for this great review. WHen I came here to interview for the job I stayed in the studio. I fell in love with it as well as the whole Inn. I have been thinking of ways I can advertise this very special space and I think I may put a honeymoon twist on it. The privacy...

First, the positives: this b&b is in a great location and has lovely rooms. Wine and cheese in the afternoon is a nice touch. But the negatives are significant enough that I would not return. The first issue is that the inn lists on its website that a discount is available for those attending the Culinary Institute of America at...

Dear Sandra, I am so sorry you had such a bad experience on your visit to St. Helena. I checked our reservations and I did not have you as a guest at the Inn St. Helena during those dates. I think you might have stayed at St. Helena Inn. Sometimes people get our Inn's confused. I hope you would might...

A bit more than we usually spend, but a very nice B&B. Most B&Bs in our area look like someone's great grandmother decorated, but this was a nice modern blend of old and new without being overdone. Breakfast was great and the afternoon wine and cheese social hour is not to miss. It was great to share experiences and recommendations...

Hello, Thank you for the wonderful review. It is a delicate dance to keep the rooms special without going over the top with modern or period appointments. I have some special ideas and I want to get started on them as soon as I can. I have not personally traveled the route you described but I think I will take...

St. Helena is a wonderful small town and Inn St. Helena is the perfect location. Madeline (the Inn Keeper,) is very warm, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the complimentary wine and cheese happy hour was a very nice way to end the day. The rooms are quaint and very clean.

Stayed three nights with five couples in the main house. Accommodations were well appointed. Beds were very comfortable with comfy sheets and towels. Enjoyed happy hour each evening but the best was when we were entertained on the patio. Having happy hour in the main home with all Guests was too crowded. Breakfast was delicious and worked fine for 9...

Thank you for your kind review. I am addressing all of the issues about the water and I am pleased to let you know we are not going to put down anymore carpet. We pulled up the corner and found solid hardwoods underneath. We are having these refinished and it will be amazing. Having the lovely patio to spread out...

You are a short drive away from everywhere. After a couple of "tastings" every day, the white picket fence said kick off your shoes you are home again. Take a snooze and head out for dinner with plenty of choices in town and nearby Yountville.

Seriously overrated and overpriced. We nearly walked out even though we had a $600 prepaid stay. So disappointed. Breakfast was acceptable but you have to be punctual right at 9am, or else. Absolutely filthy carpeting. A room that smelled 150 years old and was so grossly pungent we nearly had to leave. Never had hot water. I'll pay a normal...

Came for a romantic getaway. Left dissapointed. The beautiful part about this bnb is the charming curb appeal. We were greeted by the smoking innkeeper who just moved to the inn.
