Older Westin hotel but still nice and clean. the heavenly bed is true gem. Room seems a little small, but just for one night it was a ok experience. Unlike most other westin Parking is free is here, but however prepare a long walk from the parking since it is always full and quite far. If the price still in...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 9 January 2017

This is our go-to place when visiting relatives in Sacramento. From the minute we walk in, the "White Tea" fragrance is so inviting. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and the CLAW FOOT tub is amazing as are the bathrobes. Although this time it was only a one-night stay, we always look forward to staying here.

It was quite a time; I landed in the Sacramento airport 12/16/16 and my friend forgot to pick me up. (Yes, she got the dates wrong.) She thought it was the following week. When you have Multiple Sclerosis and you're in a wheelchair, and the terminal is shutting down, that's not a good situation. By past 7PM it was dark....

I had two spend two nights in Sacramento because I was having out patient surgery. I live in Santa Cruz but needed a particular specialist. The was just perfect. The hotel is lovely. My room overlooked the river which gave me a peaceful view while I recovered. Room service was very good but had a limited menu and was CRAZY...

Wonderful experience with beautiful rooms and grounds. The staff was submerged and extremely helpful. Met the GM, Brandon Frates, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to all my business and personal associates.

This was a great experience for my family and I. We had a beautiful room with a nice view and the staff was great! The staff were all very friendly in all areas of the hotel. The seafood restaurant inside was also delicious. We will definitely be back for another stay with this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a great experience. Everything from the staff to the oversized bath tub were great. The gym was a bit small but enough equipment to get a good sweat in. I didn't try the spa but I will next time. Linda in housekeeping always greeted me and had a smile. Overall...

We had made plans to celebrate our anniversary by taking the train from our home in Reno, over the Sierras to Sacramento, stay at the Westin overnight and return the next day. We reserved a upperscale room and understood the reservation could not be cancelled without paying the room charge. For a few $$ more I believe I could have...

My fiancé and I frequent hotels often and the Sacramento Westin is by far amongst the best! We loved how it seems as though it sits nestled against an enclave, which affords much privacy. Most of all, we can't stop lamenting over the superb service we received from their Associate Ashley Saison; she went above and beyond the call of...

Dear shawnallear, Thank you so much for the review! We really do have a unique location that is quiet and away from the downtown area, but still only five minutes away. I will personally make sure Ashley sees this review, and will share with the rest of my staff as well! We are so glad you had such a wonderful...
