This was the worst experience ever! First, I booked this hotel through Hotel.com and once I showed up to the Hotel and checked into my room, there were "cockroaches" crawling on the night stand near the bed. I immediately called Hotel.com since I did the booking through them requesting a refund or an immediate transfer to another hotel as I... More

We had one Wednesday to spend in downtown Sacramento on our way to San Francisco. Although it was a weekday, most motels nearby charge $170 or more per night. So we settled on Quality Inn, which cost much less than other places. The outside looks a bit dingy and the elevator was not working because of repair. We had to... More

My first concern in a place is cleanliness; this place was clean and fresh. Smallish room was fine for one person, and I love to have microwave and refrigerator (with freezer) in my room- also a good hair dryer and iron. I loved the big shower, hated the short toilet. Air conditioner was a bit noisy, but kept the room... More

My room was a basic and clean room with a king bed. It's not a new property and clearly shows its age, but the location makes it very convenient to walk downtown and towards the Capitol. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was typical of other business hotels. There were a few negatives including: the bottom drawer... More

Good QPR for a business traveler who needs to stay within per diem. While I did not partake, the breakfast buffet included in the room rate looked quite bountiful and fresh, and better than expected. The room decor is simple but the bed was comfortable and free wifi worked. Appreciated having a fridge in the room with a freezer compartment.... More

Weekend getaway with my family. Hotel is standard - nothing made a particularly positive impression. There was no parking spaces available at the hotel, so I had to park in a garage and drag my suitcase up the street to the hotel - a little unexpected. Guy at the counter got is checked in efficiently.

I recently attended a professional event, but as a retiree did not want to spend a lot of money on a one-night hotel stay. (Miss having an expense account!) The Quality Inn Downtown Sacramento was recommended. The price was right and the location was close to event venues. This place is great! Single queen room is spacious, comfortable (albeit simple),... More

Went to music circus night show. Exhausted from the week and didn't want to drive an hour home. Super comfortable bed, clean, quiet, according worked well. Usually stay only in 3 or 4 star hotels. We were very happy. Had heavy hors d'oeuvre at chaise lounge very tasty and empty. Yes the office is hard to find with no signage.

I traveled for business to Sacramento and the location is great in downtown. The staff was very helpful. Room was comfortable, clean but not pristine with coffee machine. A basic breakfast was included, Excellent price. If what you need is just a place to sleep and get on, its a great option.

We booked two rooms at this hotel because we and our daughter were attending an event nearby. I had a wonderful banter with Francis at the front desk. Both the rooms were clean and comfortable with good AC. The high bed was fine for us. Lots of eateries in the immediate area so no need to drive. Don't know Sacramento... More
