Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The housekeeps are adamant on getting you and for what? The rooms, specially the floors and walls are filthy! They remodeled some of the rooms, so decore is nice, so is the TV and the beds are comfortable but definitely not worth the price! Rules change as they please. You will be woken up every morning to tools while they work outside your room, and you won’t have hot water to shower in the morning before you check out. Some of the staff can be rude, until you respectfully make it know that you’re not the one. They require a deposit which basically makes the lowered price the equivalent of paying to stay in a cleaner, more decent and more respectful hotel. It’s a shame because they could do better, they just chose not to. They have the rooms nicely built, but the lack of proper cleaning deteriorates them and put a damper on the stay and the price.

Got nice parking for RV and trucks. Outdated, dirty room, weak WiFi, leaking faucets, noisy, close to freeway and restaurants, microwave, small fridge. I’ll pay little more and stay somewhere else next time

Check-in via security window (after a long flight and driving through LA traffic, it would be nice to be welcomed by at least a comfortable lobby), hair in sink, bugs in shower, blaring music from attached bar/restaurant…unpleasant and not great for relaxing. The man behind the window was nice enough. Will not stay here again or recommend.

Where to begin - room smelled of cheap air freshener to mask the smell of pot. Everything in the room is old, stained, and not maintained at all. Wash cloth was stained, as were chair seats and carpet. Bed spread was dirty. Bathroom door coming apart from moisture. Don’t want to walk bare footed in this place. No security on site to advise of a room of crack heads that settled in next to us after midnight & finally quieted down at 7am. Restaurant with blasting mariachi music next door until midnight. You’ll regret it if you stay here!

I recently stayed at the Days Inn as a last resort as it was the only place with vacancy for a music festival. Upon arrival the hostess was very rude and before we had a chance to say anything she shouted “check in is not until 3!” The check in time was not a problem for us so when we returned I noticed a sign on the plexiglass i front of the register say. “Cash deposit is mandatory.” When I went to check i was helped by an older man who didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He took my card and information but did not mention a deposit fee. Once completed we proceeded to our room. Once we entered the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. At this point we did not care as we were just happy to have a place to stay. A few days after check out my deposit was not refunded. I called and was told that I was not refunded because of a smoke smell in my room. I let them know that the smell was there before we arrived and that was incorrect. He refused to refund me and stated I could take it up with my bank. So these workers are scamming for deposits and most likely did the same thing to those who paid cash and just pocketed the money. Just avoid this spot at all costs if you can. Employees are rude and shady. The rooms are atrocious and not worth the ridiculous price.

Worst place to stay I found a big roach, sheets were dirty and with red stain Toilet was with stain and dirty. Real rude customer service told them when I checked out of the roach and the stains and instead of trying to listen, they got upset and started been more rude to me . Paid 140 because didn’t have other choice. We didn’t shower or eat there because were afraid to get something from there on how bad it was. Please do you a favor don’t stay there. Regret I did but for sure it won’t happen again one night and it was the worst night

I don't recommend this hotel. When we got to our room, housekeeping was painting. We ended up leaving because even though we were there and started to unpack, she continued to come in and out to paint (note - the room had already been prepped, she was literally painting the walls). We couldn't sleep because of cars racing in the back parking lot all night. I called the front desk and got no answer. The "breakfast" was only a few pastries and orange juice and was gone by 8am (supposed to be 6-9am). Even for the cheap price, it wasn't worth it.

I feared for my safety and didn’t end up staying at all. I’m a single woman and when approaching my room that was on the bottom floor was receiving cat calls and felt very unsafe for my health and well being. I ended traveling to fontana and stayed at a Hilton garden inn. It wasn’t a good experience. The pictures were so not what I got when arriving. I fear after the reviews the comments were the same as mine UNSATISFACTORY. The room had a very bad stench of smoke as well.

The room was very spacious, clean, one pillow case was dirty like someone had stepped on it. Called to have it replaced and the man apologized, but when my son went down to exchanged it there was too many people making a line so he got impatient and just came back to the room. The beds were very comfortable sleep like I was at home. Loved that there was a microwave, small refrigerator, and a big screen t.v.
