We've wanted to stay here every time we've gone to Red Bluff and we finally did. I can't say that I was impressed with anything but the pool area. The room we were in was adjacent to the pool area. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The price was decent but too much for what you get....

Dear guest We appreciate your stay and glad you enjoyed the scenery and pool area. Glad that you had inquired with front desk and took care of problem. I'm sure next stay will be more memorable.

We were on a long road trip and stopped here just after midnight to try and get a room. Someone answered the doorbell quickly and they had rooms available. It was difficult working through the little sliding box for paperwork and payment because it was full or water but we managed. The room wasn't anything special but it had 2...

I booked a room based on location by the river, the website description and photographs, and the motel's (it is not an "inn") association with Magnuson Hotels, an organization based in Spokane. The experience was a bitter disappointment, not to be repeated. We had little sleep due to an incredibly loud refrigerator and air conditioner. The night air was cool...

The price was low and the location was quite good. Beyond that, it's hard to recommend. We went there because we had two small dogs with us and better motels declined pets. We are being in Red Bluff for three nights and had to have a place with our pets, and ended up at Riverbank Inn. The room to which...

I did not have a good experience. We decided to stay overnight to break up the drive on our way back from Lassen Volcanic National Park. The hotel was a great price and easy to find but the room was very unclean. The toilet was stained, the shower door had noticeable mold on it, the drain stopper was missing and...

We were on our way to Lassen and knew we couldn't make it after flying cross country and landing at SFO...so we booked a room at the Riverbank Inn. Room overlooked the pool...wish it had been warm enough to swim. We did walk to the river and got a recommendation for a Mexican restaurant. Bed was comfortable, room was clean...

Stayed here for 1 night. The staff were friendly, the room clean and we had a view of the river, swimming pool and bridge. It was only a short drive to down town Red Bluff and we could easily have walked. There can be no doubt the motel offers value for money.

The gentleman at the front desk is very pleasant and accommodating. Stayed in room #128 (ground floor). Carpet is typical of an older motel (rippled and some small stains). Room was humid and musty, but it just needed the sliding door opened and the air conditioning turned on. Beds are fairly comfortable and clean (2 pillows on each and a...

Arrived to check in, hotel front desk was courteous. Walked in to room, realized 1: we were given a non smoking room when we had booked for a smoking and 2: the room was FILTHY...a distinct layer of dust was across EVERY surface, there were indistinguishable particles (looked like toilet paper) across the bedspreads and hair was entwined in the...
