What started out as a quiet and lovely destination has turned out to be a sad and neglected park. New managers are unable/unwilling to give the park and visitors the care and service this place needs. Large trees provide shade but need the skill of an arborist - many are diseased (mistletoe is green but not good) If you are...

Sorry, can't recommend this one. Repeated calls over 30 minute period during office hours got no result. Unable to find it or make a reservation December 14. It was late, dark, rainy, I was exhausted traveling solo from Oregon with a new 5th wheel!! Very frustrating. Ended up at a cheaper questionable campground near Red Bluff. Why didn't you answer...

The park is a little different then the webpage states. The website says it's quiet here but no way. There is either a really loud bar and drag strip nearby cause wow was it noisy when we were here. Someone on a bullhorn. Muscle cars revving their engines and ripping around. We were so tired after many hours driving it...

What a nice place to stay. The women in the office are fantastic, funny and helpful all at the same time. Pool is crystal clear, baths and laundry room clean and sweet smelling. Right on the road to farm country. Pecans, almonds, walnuts, and the most amazing fruit stands. Awesomeness!

Our family stayed here on our way home from Yosemite. It's right off of I-5 and a great quiet rv park with extremely friendly staff. The swimming pool was perfect for our kiddos. Showers/restrooms were clean and well cared for. Would stay again for sure! Enjoyed our stay!

This was the ideal park for us after a long day of driving. There are new managers who are friendly and working hard to get the park into top shape. The pool was great on a 104 degree day. We certainly appreciated all the older trees and shade in the park as well.

Just a 1 nighter on our way to Tahoe. Well kept park with Laundry facilities. Lots of mature trees to provide shade. The spaces have Grass with cement and gravel. They do Have auto sprinklers overnight so be careful not to leave Your chairs in the grass. Very level spaces. Minimal work to get the trailer level.

Clean, lovely RV park just off I-5 in Red Bluff. This park is across the highway from the higher priced place and is just as nice or nicer in our opinion. Large gravel spaces are level and have grass on either side. Trees are well groomed and branches high enough that we were able to still get satellite tv service...

The park is less than average but cheap on the wallet. The spaces are very small, I couldn't even fit my 36' rig and truck in the spot without sticking out in the road. I tried parking a little crooked with one wheel slightly in the mud they called grass, but was told I had to move it. The cable...

We called ahead for a reservation, arrived after dark, and they had our paperwork ready on the office porch with our site ready. Nice level, long pull throughs with plenty of shade trees. The Wi-Fi worked well for us, but we were close to the office. Nice to be away from the noise of the freeway. Plus, if you want...
