As mentioned earlier, let me get certain things straight as it happened. Two times our staff found your kept open, when you came at front desk. When you were asked you were already on phone saying you are calling cops. To which we said ok go ahead, as you have full right to call them. The cops came later in evening & talked with you but bever asked us anything. Please do not expect me to take care of my 47 guests baggage to be taken care by me. House keepers have keys & they all left empty handed. In past a lady forget her wallet which was found by house keepers & returned back. Also a lady forget a wedding ring in room which was also found by my staff & returned back. The hotel was almost full & so many people were checking in. If you keep the doors open of your roomer are not aware. Please do not expect me to check each room & doubt every guest? This is not the way it is done. Ella Bhatt GM

I understand it's your Birthday. Happy Birthday. We are running a business & I an working for a Company as GM. It's difficult for me to extend a room as a courtesy to you for one night. As a special case I can honor rate of $ 60 plus tax @ 10 %. This is best I can do. Make sure you have a good time with breaking any rules of the hotel in case you decide to come. GM
