Last minute booking. So glad I found it. Tracey so welcoming - ably backed up by Nick (and four-legged Sid!!). The little 'extras' make so much difference - the 'surprise in the tin' on the bed makes you feel good and goes so well with the 'real milk' for that cup of tea/coffee. Others comments about the warm welcome, comfy...

We received a very warm welcome by our kind, thoughtful and interesting hosts, Tracey, Nick (and Sid). They looked after us really well and were pleased to respond to anything that we needed. Tracey and Nick have a very beautiful and interesting ancient half-timbered thatched cottage to share with their guests, and the most enormous and peaceful garden. It is...

Tudor building with but modern extension for most accommodation. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very nice breakfast and abundant fruit available. Room was a little small but being invited to put anything extra in the dining room ensured we had sufficient space. It was a little too compact for a long stay but for overnight or two was very good.

This was our third stay at this beautiful cottage and once again we were just delighted to be back in our 'little piece of heaven' Tracey & Nick who run this amazing B&B do an exceptional job. Nothing & I mean nothing is too much trouble for these two. They know just how to make you feel welcomed, relaxed and...

Lovely B & B in a quiet Suffolk village. Really comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and really lovely owners who make you feel at home. I always book this B & B when in the area. They don't do an evening meal but there is a reasonably good pub 100m down the road.

We were a party of 4 , two couples and had booked this b&b for its relative closeness to Newmarket racecourse (circa 15 min drive). When I booked I was taken with the friendliness of Tracey and was delighted to hear that her partner , Nick, had a chauffeur business too. This meant we could be taken to and from...

This was a wonderful stay: I have to say sorry to Tracey I was exhausted when I arrived so wasn't very sociable, but Tracey (the owner) was so friendly and kind! She offered me beer, milk, (not in that order) and had even remembered about my car being broken down a few weeks before when I booked and enquired how...
