I regret that I only spent one night at Point Reyes Hostel. We arrived a little before the check-in cut-off time and the desk attendant (Nancy?) was nice and patient. We made our way to our building and found our bunks, which were great with comfortable mattresses and organic cotton sheets. Our room contained the showers and toilets, which were...

Unfortunately only stayed here one night - it's set in a beautiful national park and we could have done a lot more exploring. The hostel is very clean - both in common areas and accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped. The staff were nice enough, but didn't feel super welcomed - I think if you were there for a while...

Clean, organized, friendly place. A bit of a drive from the town but beautiful. Serene environment. No tv. No cell phones. Interesting travelers to chat with in the common room. Good beds. Check in early if you want a bottom bunk!

My only regret was that we could only stay for two nights. What an incredible hostel! Clean, very cozy, fabulous location, great service. This would be an amazing place for a more extensive meditative or quiet time away. Also great for families. All sorts of people gathered in the cozy common room or outside on the patio, chatting, reading, playing...

4 friends and I stayed midweek in June. The value and cleanliness is excellent. The location is great for a beautiful view from the kitchen and property, and a short drive to the beach. Driving into town for dinner takes a while.

Spent a few days with my boyfriend here and it was incredible. Green hostel, well equipped with cotton bed linen and towels and nicely furbished kitchen. Nicely situated with trails nearby and parking available.

Used this hostel as a base while exploring the Tomales Bay area. Stayed in one of the 8-person dorm rooms. Great spot if you plan to spend most of your time outdoors. The communal kitchen is very organized and well-supplied. Bunks were furnished with lovely 100% cotton bedding including a cozy comforter. Hiking trail to Limantour Beach starts a few...

I chose this location because I heard there was no wifi nor cell signal and I really wanted to go offgrid. I arrived and found that they had one internet station for pay that was so uber slow that it might as well be nonexistent so for all intents and purposes I was offgrid. The hostel itself is interesting being...

Our multi generational group of 25 had a wonderful weekend vacation at this amazing hostel. With comfy bunk beds and a fully equip kitchen it was a delight to be at the Pt Reyes hostel. The host was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and had a good time. The wildflower...

Happy to hear you all had a good visit to Point Reyes! Please come again! P.S. I got this from the internet, not sure if it's true, but sounds plausible: "Every year ladybugs travel up north a little ways [just north of San Francisco] and hiberate for the winter. When Spring comes and things warm up again they fly into...

We (8 of us) had a great time running and hiking. The location offers so many options within a short distance. We even managed a bonfire at the beach. The facility is excellent -- clean, well-run and well-equipped, with a very nice staff. Plenty of outdoor places to sit, eat and enjoy nature. Definitely a repeat location,\; you won't be...
