Spent one night for a short, spontaneous trip! Prepaid a few nights before the day and it was so reasonable. We got a room facing the marina and that was a plus. Room was spacious and has own temperature control. Quiet except when the cleaning ladies were cleaning nearby- could hear them laughing, talking and enjoying their co-workers while working...

Thanks for staying with us. So glad you enjoyed your stay. I will definitely visit with our housekeeping staff to make sure that they keep their talking down while in the hallways. Thanks again, and hurry back! Scott Satterfield General Manager

Had a very nice lobby with a fireplace. Our room was spotlessly clean, and had a very nice bed and pillows. The executive lounge was outstanding, with an espresso machine, evening snacks and a hot breakfast. I cant think of a single downside to our stay.

We just kind of picked this hotel because it was on the way from Muir Woods to Napa Valley...but what a treat. The whole site was beautiful It makes you feel spoiled. Rooms were wonderful and the views of the inlet and surrounding hills at sunset were perfect.

While on a business trip to SF, wanted to add a couple of days of relaxation. Petaluma is not a tourist haven, but is within quick driving distance of SF and the sights, ocean in Marin County. Rooms were very clean and the grounds were beautiful. We had a club level room, and the only downside was that the breakfast...

Thank you for staying with us! I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit! Not too far from the bay, but a million miles from the hustle and bustle! Next trip maybe you'll make it out to Bodega or plan a winery or artisan cheese tour! So much beauty to see! Thanks again and be well! Scott Satterfield General Manager

A very typical Sheraton with well appointed room and nice linens. It is not really pet friendly though. Upon check-in we were handed a full page that basically told us that we were responsible for our pet. If the pet soiled the room, barked too much, etc, the hotel will charge everything to our credit card on file. It was...

Thank you for staying with us. We certainly are dog friendly - we just make sure that we protect our other "non-pet" guests as well! You are obviously a wonderfully responsible pet owner. Unfortunately we have to protect against those who are not so responsible - and there are many of them! The 69 acre + wetland and park that...

If you're looking for a place to sleep in this is it. Rooms are old and heavy with Mileage especially the bathrooms. Stayed at club level for 4 days and breakfast was the same everyday! Very dull same stuff everyday, broiled and scrambled eggs, plain fruit salad, a few choices of cereal for kids and some yogurt. At least they...

Thanks for staying with us. Sounds like you'll be surprised to know that everything in our guest rooms is new as of March 2015! New beds, new bathroom fixtures, new carpets, etc. Everything new! I will look into the Club Lounge menu rotation. Thanks for the recommendation. Scott Satterfield General Manager

This was a nice hotel for a little escape. While it is a bit far from most wineries, it was comfortable. The staff was wonderful, especially Angela. She gave us lots of great information and some free tastings. The breakfast in the lounge could have been better.

Thanks so much for making us your "escape home base." I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! Wine country is so vast, with Napa Valley, the town of Sonoma, and several wine regions in Sonoma county that you just have to hurry back! There's more to taste and explore! Don't forget the Petaluma Gap wineries right in our back yard! Be...

Clean, modern, spacious, well appointed, good lighting, nice linens, comfortable bed, professional staff, a bit difficult to find but otherwise a good location - absolutely no complaints and we would stay here again.

We stopped here one night and the service was good. We are on a birthday trip and they left us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. The room is a basic Sheraton room. In the morning is loud with the train. It is located 10 miles from sonoma.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Not really a basic Sheraton room, however, but that's just because I know how much more we spent on furnishings last year than what was required. It all works together though - and I'm glad you found your stay pleasant. Scott Satterfield General Manager

Visited with friends for an author event at Copperfields bookstore in downtown Petaluma. Great stay... Audrey on the front desk was helpful and friendly, asking our preference of floor (low or high) and allowing us to check in a little early. We were also given two excellent recommendations for restaurants in town. Thank you Audrey! Location was great for us...
