Everything was perfect - it will be very hard to top at our next B&B experience. If you are considering Chanticleer, stop thinking about it and BOOK NOW before it fills up.

I think there are two kinds of people. Those who love the bed and breakfast experience and those who don't. Chanticleer B & B is not the place for those who want a anonymous, impersonal experience. The reason this is the best bed and breakfast in the area is that it is not just "lodging." Sure the rooms are beautiful...

Chanticleer was the absolute perfect get away for us. Carol was the kindest hosts and a great cook. Her bed & breakfast is warm, inviting, and the perfect location to both West and East sides of Paso Robles vineyards. We will definitely come back in the near future.

The service was great. Ideas of where to eat and where to go really made our stay. The room #1 was better than I could have wished for. From the king size bed we could look out over our private deck to the vineyard below. Majestic oak trees shade the near view. Feels secluded but 5 minutes to freeway and...

Carolyn and Roland provide the perfect balance between personal interaction and letting you have your space. They were extremely gracious and Carolyn is an awfully good cook! My favorite moment was sitting on the deck in the late afternoon, sipping their wine and nibbling on the snacks Carolyn put together for us, watching the deer walking by 30 feet away...

Arriving at Chanticleer is like coming home. The hosts are warm and welcoming like familiar friends. The rooms are lovingly cared for, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly quiet. The decks overlook the vineyards and hills of Paso Robles- gorgeous and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with many items grown in the hosts' personal garden. The location is perfect: set...

My cousin and I recently took a trip from LA to SF. We were visiting lots of spots along the coastline. Carolyn made us feel so comfy, and helped us find our way to the vineyards in the area. She also booked us a reservation for dinner. We had a cheese tray and wine when we returned from our tour....

This B&B ranks among my top go-to inns for a lovely stay. The owners were so fabulous. We arrived late on a Friday night to find a bottle of wine and a cheese plate awaiting us - such a nice touch. The room was perfect. We had a queen bed, a lovely shower and robes/slippers to boot. The breakfast was...
