Stayed here three nights on a business trip/pleasure. The location is right near the Caltrain. Very easy access and an hour to San Francisco. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were nice in the upgraded room. However, the hotel is ordinary and reminds me of a motel. Some of the rooms are very far from the lobby which...

The hotel is just on the edge of the Stanford campus and right next door to the train station and Stanford buses. And you can walk into Palo Alto and visit the great Stanford Theater. There is a very big TV, with many HD channels. But the internet signal kept dropping, which made working there hard. And I found the...

Stayed for a week on business and was a comfortable place. Didn't really live up to the brand though as this is an ageing hotel in need of a tidy up. Room was reasonably large with a good bathroom. As is the trend the lighting was terrible, great for romance but not for reading the paper. My room was above...

We had a wonderful stay here, the beds were so comfy...the Starbuck coffee were so great that we look forward to make more the next day. Room service was excellent,, so efficiently touch up as we have spilled some coffee on the dresser. Love the large bathroom and hope there was a bathe tube in the room.

Past its prime, a little retro but still a great stay. Check in was a late 1am - and despite being the lone guest yet to check in (and being a loyalty member) - the check in process took an agonizing 10 minutes while 2 guys stuffed around and were not in any hurry. Room access was via covered walkway...

I stayed here on business. The inside-facing rooms are the best as they look onto the charming little Asian-style water garden in the courtyard. I had an external room with a view of the parking lot, and could hear the Caltrain, but it wasn't troublesome. The HVAC worked well and the room was clean. When I checked in, I asked...

Our room was very clean. The rooms are modern and spacious. The hotel grounds in nice and pleasant to the eyes. The lobby offers hot chocolate and snacks, very nice little treat for our kids. The hotel is very close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Sheraton Palo Alto worked well for us. Rooms are large and comfortable. Stanford campus is very close and shopping and food choices surround you. A quick walk to University Ave, less than a mile to a shopping mall with all the most popular stores, and 2 minutes walk to another little center with good food and shops. The hotel is...

Very expensive for what it is, although there are no cheap hotels in Palo Alto! Clean and comfortable rooms, bed and linen especially so, excellent, strong and free wifi in the bedroom and lobby area. Excellent breakfast selection and lovely freshly made omelettes. Heated outdoor pool, which in January let off a cool steam first thing in the morning! Only...

The location is fantastic: right next to the Caltrain Palo Alto station, walking distance from Stanford and Stanford Mall and just steps from University Ave. Rooms are spacious, lower level rooms have a little terrace that overlooks a fountain, a nice spot to sit and read if the weather allows. Beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and even though the...
