The staff was very well trained and extremely helpful. The location is ideal as it is close to the many food and entertainment locations. Building is in great shape and is user friendly. Rooms were very clean and updated. Very comfortable bed. My wife actually went to sleep before I did! Enjoy this gem but look online for your best...

I stumbled upon this hotel randomly a few years ago when I was in Palm Springs. I was absolutely blown away by how amazing the grounds were and how much character the place has. It's been my go to spot in Palm Springs ever since. I love how lush the landscaping is and the private enclave feel. Plus, the Spanish...

Great getaway hotel. We loved the pool and grounds. Incredibly well maintained, quiet and lovely pool and hot tub areas. The hot tub has little alcoves that create space and make it nice even when other people are there too. There's many little quiet areas throughout grounds to relax, read or sit by a fire. The bar and restaurant are...

This hotel is one block from the main Street, so it is very walkable for dining and shopping. The Deluxe King room had a nice shower, a comfy bed, nice linens, and a well stocked bar. It was sparsely decorated with only one chair and one side table. There was no full length mirror. So you stand or sit on...

ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT We arrived at the hotel at about 10 PM, as our flight was delayed by about an hour, and had no time to check in before our dinner reservation. We found the hotel easily after our meal, although we did miss it on first drive by, as it's not totally visible when you turn onto N. Indian Canyon off...

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding weekend recently and had an awesome time. The hotel staff was friendly, rooms were nice and the grounds were awesome for having a wedding. We booked the whole hotel for the wedding and that has its perks. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours, the festivities can go as late...

My husband and I have stayed at the Colony Palms Hotel four times over the past four years -- twice in a deluxe room, once in a suite, and once in a casita. We have always looked forward to our getaways at the Colony Palms because it was a quiet, tranquil kid-free zone, perfect for couples and singles. Unfortunately, our...

Dear Jessica Y., Thank you so much for your review, I am happy to hear that you have enjoyed our resort multiple times and I apologize that you were disappointed in your experience this time. You are right, it was a very unusual Holiday for us as we are typically a very quiet oasis in the heart of Palm Springs....

On our first visit to the Palm Springs area to attend a wedding, this resort was setting. The entire property consists of small casitas and rooms on the ground or second floor surrounded by beautiful grounds. The pool is the center of activity. Meals are served close by. This is not a modern spa resort. It's old school and laid...

Colony palms is a beautiful hotel with a lot of history. The basic rooms are nice enough, they have an awesome little bar with snacks (the prices are ok- some things are overpriced as usual, but some are reasonable). The bed is comfortable and the showers spacious. There are some signs of wear, but it's an historic hotel. The grounds...

Went down for a pre- Hollywood get-away and had always wanted to stay here but booking was tough. Finally my schedule matched theirs and we got in for two nights mid-week. We had lovely casita #1 complete with it's private enclosed patio and large outdoor tub! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool and bar were tops (I even...
