As others have mentioned hotel is very dated and is showing it’s age. We had used Wyndham points for our stay and I was happy that we did not spend any of our money on the stay.

Room was fairly clean but there were hairs around tub. Shower took a while to warm up and was very finicky. Drain in sink did not have cover so made sure nothing was close by that could fall into it.

Hotel rooms were so heavily perfumed/scented that my husband had to open our doors before we got in. I would not suggest this hotel if you have allergies or are sensitive to strong smells. I was battling a cold but he said if I could smell it I would have a headache lol.

Had plugged in our daughters iPad to charge overnight before our flight home only to find out the plug didn’t work.

We had requested the family room and I had called a few days prior to ask for my in-laws room to be beside or close by. Upon arrival we were told that they put them the could to us which was on the same floor as us but basically the opposite side (had to walk through locked doors and across outdoor corridor), so this was very disappointing for us. The room next door to us did not appear to be in use either which was extra frustrating.

Grounds/pool were pretty but we were there when it was raining/sleeting and 8 degrees so we’re unable to utilize anything.

Overall an okay place to lay your head but I would not be spending a lot of money on it.

Terrible. The beds are olde tyme original pillowtop beds (would that be 10 years old?) and you sink in very deep and get boiling hot. They are too soft to sleep on and when I asked for a rollaway to put the mattress on the floor, they don't have any. The lights are on a timer and if you sit quietly to read or be on the computer or watch TV, you have to jump up every 20 minutes and wave your arms to turn the lites back on! The one chair in the room is too filthy to sit in without putting down a towel. And for all this luxury, they put a $100 security deposit on your credit card and then collect interest on your money for 5-7 days after you leave before they refund it.

The huge pool is the highlight in this somewhat dated establishment. We felt the corridors - carpeting and decor - are needing updating. The rooms are large and just need a similar refreshing coat of paint, a proper place for the fridge and microwave rather than just parked on the carpeting and some artwork on the wall maybe. Staff were polite and you need to request room service/maintenance. Good location just north of downtown. Excellent pool, though the kids paddling area and hot tub both had leaves and other bits in them (it was windy, so we used that as a reason why).

Dear Graham, I would like to thank your taking time out of your day to review our hotel, providing us with feedback from your stay. I am so pleased to hear you enjoyed your pool while with us and our location, as we also love being so close to the downtown area. Our property is on the older side, as you noted in your review, but we work hard to maintain it and keep it up to standard for our guests. We are hoping you will return in the future. It would be our pleasure to host you again and obtain your insights. Sincerely, Christine, General Manager

Grounds near the main complex with pool
are adequately maintained. We were relegated to the dreaded 400 and 500 section which is apart from the complex and appears abandoned except that we were assigned a room here to our disappointment.

Arrived at 2 pm hoping for a room but waited over 2 hours for a “pet friendly” room which, we were told, had non-carpeted floors. As soon as we walk in we notice carpet, same as all the other rooms we were able to peer into that were probably not “pet friendly” but most likely available.

Diamond Wyndham status means nothing as does with most loyalty programs nowadays so I don’t linger on that.

Property has potential with good location walking distance to north downtown PS shops.

When I asked front desk about rooms in another section of the grounds the employee said, with a straight face, that they were sold out. I think well clearly had different definitions of SOLD OUT.

1 star property is probably overpriced but it is Palm Springs and a value for the area. I’ve been around Section 8 housing that was more appealing and I walk around with the same level of dread.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean when we arrived. The outside looked nice and the garden view room had a cute open patio with two chairs. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but the people seemed to be enjoying it when we passed by. The free WiFi was fast and there was no charge for parking. The on site laundry looked fine when we passed by. The location is close to Down Town and very near Toucan's Tiki bar where we loved the Drag Show.

The inside hallway was musty and there was paint peeling off the baseboards. The chair in the room was stained to the point that it should have been replaced long ago. We were there from Friday to Monday and we received no maid service. Front desk attendants were friendly upon arrival, but did not care, nor seemed surprised when we complained that there was no maid service on the first day. We just gave up on the second. We were out of the room all day both days, BTW.

I reached out corporate, and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from the property manager who rebated part of stay, was apologetic and seemed quite sincere in wanting to address the problems. Apparently, a renovation will be underway in a few months. I agreed to give them another try after it's completed.

Avoid this place. Outdated and dirty. Furniture, paint and carpet probably date from the 60s.
They don’t do your room or replenish soap/ shampoos unless you ask. This place is a dump and they are over charging for it. The location is convenient but that’s the only thing I would say was positive about our stay.

Booked for 2 nights. Arrived late due to flight delay.
Went straight to bed
When I awoke in the morning I was shocked by the accumulation of dirt and dust behind the cabinet where I plugged my charger in
The fixtures were hanging off the wall in the bathroom , my son stumbled on the carpet where it had ripples in it
Complained to front desk , I didn’t even get offered another room , I just got told my booking is non refundable . I said I haven’t asked for a refund , she replied that’s good as you aren’t getting one.
We packed and left.
Avoid this place

Dear NEALECONNOR, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for the cleanliness of your room and for the interaction at our front desk. We've recently hired new housekeepers at the hotel who are being trained and are improving every day. And we can assure you our front staff was doing their best to assist you and certainly did not intend to upset you. As you so kindly pointed out, unkept room conditions are preventable, and we agree with you that we should have made this right immediately. Since your stay, we have repaired the bathroom fixtures and carpet and those issues are now taken care of, but we regret the experience has left you with a poor impression of all we are about here at Days Inn. We hope we can earn your higher regard one day. Kindly, Erin the General Manager

If you want a shower in the morning .... to you probably did not want to stay here… the water pressure was NON- EXISTENT - was at a small dribble as it was coming out. When I told the manager of this… She said I needed to come to the front desk and report it immediately… This sounds like it would’ve been a 45 minute ordeal… I don’t have this kind of time to mess around with some thing that should be standard at any hotel… I should be able to take a shower

This motel is convenient for a short stopover. Very good reception whether it is the evening or the early morning, friendly and available staff.
The space is not counted and the property is vast.
The room on the ground floor in its 80's style was very large and pleasant.
The bedding was of good quality and the bathroom was functional.
Excellent and efficient wifi.
The sound insulation between the rooms is very average.
Fortunately it was cold outside because I think that the air conditioning dates from the Middle Ages and it must make a noise of engine of jumbo 747.
I found price too expensive for a Saturday night 200 USD including taxes.

This property had a large pool with lots of space & chairs. Even had a kiddie pool and hot tub AND it was quiet with no road noise like other places. The rooms are just ok-pretty dated, but good amount of space and table/chairs vs a desk which has more uses. Location is great too-walkable to several places you'd need for meals, drinks, shows and quick store runs.
