A very nice hotel located right downtown in Palm Springs. Only half a block to the Main Street with many shops and restaurants plus Village Fest on Thursday nights. The hotel has a beautiful setting with orange, lemon and grapefruit trees on the premises as well as lovely palm trees. The pool area was very inviting with a big pool,...

Palm Mountain Resort and Spa was one of the best surprises ever. My boyfriend and I were there for Desert Trip Music Festival, and this could not have been a better place to book for this event. At first I was apprehensive by how far it was from the concert grounds, but very near our hotel was a shuttle that...

Where do I begin...I had to change rooms 3 times losing my pool view room I paid more for to get into their new building which provided me a view of a small shared courtyard with a firepit that I couldn't use because it rained. The"new" room looked like they bought furniture from a liquidator and was already worn but...

Booked through Expedia. We were given the room right beside the stairs on the bottom floor. We heard every footstep from the stairs and the upstairs room. The carpet in our room was stained to the extent that it made us afraid to even walk around the room without shoes on. The bed sheets were all crooked and the pillows...

We used to stay here all the time when it was a Holiday Inn. I remember fondly New Jersey Maria who looked after us in those days. Whilst it hasn't changed that much over the years, it's still somewhere I stay when in the area. Difference now is it's a "resort" so comes with those fees. In my mind a...

Within walking distance of everything (shops, restaurants, galleries, casino...). 10min drive to hiking trails and other insanely beautiful places. The resort is very clean and well maintained! My room was one of the newly renovated ones (so I was told). It was very spacious and had gorgeous views over looking mount San Jacinto. Impressive shuttle service thanks to George and...

The location is pretty close to perfect. I really can't imagine a better spot in Palm Springs. The roms are a bit basic, but the resort seems clean, and the staff is always friendly. But management, if you are reading this--please stock the rooms with soap, rather than making people use the soap dispenser in the shower every time they...

Extremely nice pool area and well located to the main strip of downtown Palm Springs. A three dollar credit per person at Ruby's cafe for breakfast which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The couch in our room needed replacement and the shower was a little weak. Bed was very comfortable.

The location of this hotel is what makes it a standout in the area. Just steps (1 block) away from all the shops and restaurants of Palm Springs. We were able to walk to coffee in the morning, and dinner at night. Parking was easy to find at noon when we arrived on a Wed. We got the parking spot...

We attended the PS international film festival and were looking for a hotel closest to downtown and all the film festival venues. Dori at the front desk took excellent care of us. Our room was top notch, very roomy, overlooking the pool and the gorgeous mountains that lit up in gold hues as the sun rose every morning. Wonderful jacuzzi,...
