This basic hotel room was located on the second floor overlooking the pool and hot tube. It was quiet and had a nice view of mountains too. The two double bed room had a wooden cottage decor and was very clean. It is conveniently located and offered free parking and wifi. The resort fee was included in the cost and was inexpensive for Palm Springs. Would we stay there again? Not sure. Probably not.

Its a great and fun hotel to stay at. It’s not pretty from the outside but good beds and the room is clean (exactly like pictures website). Nice pool and very friendly staff at the pool but also at the front desk.
We ( my friend and I) walked to up town and down town (25-35 min). Cartel coffee place (5min walk) has the best coffee in town! There are a couple of nice places around the hotel to have lunch (Arrive) or drink a beer (draughtmen).
Would come back!

We stayed two nights and everything was good. There’s a little wear and tear but the décor is generally a successful remake of motel retro. The pool/poolside is casual and refreshing if a little buggy. It’s too far to walk to the strip in summer but a short drive and there are two above average breakfast spots on either side. Fresh coffee in the lobby helps. Rooms were clean and the staff really nice.

It's a renovated motel. Rooms are clean, and the decor is nice. They charge a resort fee (which they tell you pays for awesome amenities), but they don't have any amenities that really justify it. They don't even have coffee makers in the room. You don't get anything worthwhile for the resort fee. It's just a cash grab. The pool is not heated, so it's not useful unless you're visiting when it's hot out. It's fine if you can get a very cheap rate, but don't forget to account for the resort fee when comparing hotels.

I canceled my reservation after I got to the hotel on a sunny Friday afternoon when I realized how unsafe it was. I called the phone number posted on the door multiple times and it went to v-mail (that was full and I was unable to leave a message). Eventually, the manager, Anna, showed up without a mask. The place was dirty, empty sandwich wrappers were on the ground. Very disappointing experience, I won't try again.

Dirty, the entire property is looks like it has not been cleaned in a year. The pool filter was broken, but they were letting people swim in it. The toilet was broken in our room and it continued running unless we took the top off the tank and manually closed it. The corners of our room were filled with dust, even the blower dryer had dust caked on it. The bed was hard and made noise. Our room had no comfortable chairs in it. Anna, at the front desk, said she would us 20% off the bill but never did.

I am writing in regards to a booked reservation we had back on November 26th 2021 to stay at this property on a return drive home from Utah to Los Angeles. We booked this through Agoda. The booking was made late afternoon on the 26th to break up our drive. Upon arriving at your property there were several people outside not wearing masks as well as inside. There were also a couple of homeless people in the parking lot. I take Covid rather seriously, so we called Agoda from the parking lot to ask for a refund. I did not feel comfortable staying there. The property also looked quite nice from the photographs and I was quite disappointed when we pulled in as well. Because it was a holiday weekend it was also very expensive. Come to find out this hotel is normally $60 a night. I should’ve told you something but instead the rate was 325!!!! BE WARNED! We needed a place to stay because our drive was long. Agoda called the hotel to ask for the refund and we were told a manager would call us the next day from the property to do so. Apparently there aren’t any managers working on the property after hours??? 🤔 I find that hard to believe. Regardless we left and drove the extra three hours back to LA because we were fearful to stay. I have since been in contact with the booking company Agoda and they are refusing to honer their word and we have yet to receive any payment. I’ve been in contact with them on a daily basis. I have also been in contact with another company in order to receive our money that we feel we should be refunded. I have tried to contact THIS property and nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls. I also called one day and talk to a girl name Anna who put me on hold and never came back when I told her I wanted to talk to a manager in order to be refunded as promised. Don’t waste your time on this pathetic property and the people who run it! Completely unprofessional!

Check in for a 7 day stay was brief as the lady was busy talking business with someone that seemed to be an owner or manager. The room was too small for the king bed and too close to the wall for a person to get into or out of that side of the bed. Once I got into bed there was a continuous bass thumping from some head banger music(?) on the other side of the wall. I waited for it to stop and finally turned up the hvac unit on high. That didn't work so I put music on my laptop but could still here the drumming. It was not until 5 or 6 that I was so tired that I fell asleep. Got up at 9 to shower and there was no hot or even warm water. By far was the worst night in the past 4 weeks of travel. It seems they blew their budget on a decorator to make the room look upscale and overlooked what travelers need. The wall lights by the assessable side of the bed did not work and the chair by the desk was a joke. In the morning I packed up and cancelled the rest of my stay. The desk person promised to get the balance refunded. No apology either.

here in 2020 and loved it. This most recent time, not so much. I feel like the whole place changed management. We were given room 104 right next to the lobby. We only had 2 pillows on our bed, which were dingy and old. We kept finding live caterpillars all over the floor whenever we would come back. The people above us were stomping around until 2AM and then a man (who I presume was an employee) and his kid were sitting on the bench in front of our room whistling and talking very loudly until we went out at 3A to ask them to keep it down. There wasn’t a shower curtain on our shower so water got everywhere. There were holes in the walls. The vent in the bathroom was black with mold and hanging from the ceiling. The AC would only run for about 5 minutes before shutting off. It got extremely hot in the room. The pool was dirty and had a lot of sediment on the bottom as well as caterpillars. People definitely live at this hotel also. Needless to say, we were very uncomfortable and checked out a day early. The Infusion was much better when it was managed by OYO. The OYO on their marquee sign has been scratched off so that’s why I figure it’s ran by somebody else now. We won’t be back.

This place SUCKED! Moldy bathrooms, asbestos snowflakes falling on you from the ceiling while Harry & The Henderson’s clobber around upstairs. Spotty WiFi, electrical wires coming out the walls. This place is a joke. Save your money. Beware.
