We enjoyed the desert lodge and it's proximity to Palm Springs. Relaxed atmosphere and nice staff. Pool and hot tub Jacuzzi, air conditioner, cable television. Also provided with an in room refrigerator. RHK

I was greeted in my room with a roach crawling along the wall. The room was filthy and I got moved to a new room. I slept with the lights on to dissuade any more animals. Uncomfortable beds, noisy AC and curtains that don't close all the way granting me no privacy.

The prices were somewhat reasonable in the beginning but has time went on the owner charged more and more. the room we originally stayed in had a broken sink, holes in the wall...

This was a last resort for us as our son got last minute leave and all other hotels were booked or out of our price range. This hotel is OLD and in major DISREPAIR. To start with you can see the door itself has the marks and actually missing wood from where people have tried to pry it open. You...

My wife and I stayed there this past weekend the 12th and 13th just to get some private time from the kids, I have to say everything was very clean, no cigarette smell, at all even though some reviews say otherwise. We even used the air conditioner as it got a little stuffy in there, and it worked perfect, as...

Loved staying at the desert lodge had a room right next to the pool and just went out and sat by the pool at like 130 in the morning and looked at the stars and enjoyed the peaceful night life and no one bothering me

Memorable as the worst place I have stayed at in decades. Nothing positive about the place!. State of disrepair unbelievable! With a Travelodge and Motel 6 nearby, treat yourself to one of them. The Deserts Lodge should be closed down by the Health Department not to mention the need for mental health experts to provide therapy to those who handle...

I stayed in this dump for a weekend. The room was filthy and there were numerous things wrong with it. I tried to get in touch with the manager but he did not return my call. I will never stay here again.
