Friendly and helpful staff. Some updating would be good but there was some work on-going. Good room size and comfortable bed. The garden area is a good place to relax. Breakfast was better than most places. Good room cleaning and towels of good quality and clean and fresh. Wifi did not work in our room, we were in a corner...

DON'T stay here. Totally unprofessional and creepy owner who doesn't know how to keep his hands to himself, and wanders around peeking in windows. No internet in my room, though I was told before check in that there was. When I complained, desk clerk said "all I can do is make a note". Based on the reviews here, that note...

First time reviewer for this property. Checked various properties online and found Canyon Club to be in North Palm Springs (which makes it walking distance to many local establishments) and decided to give it a try. Made reservations online and received confirmation via email promptly. I'll echo what other reviewers have mentioned: the facility is older and shows a bit...

The place is older and yes it shows it's age, but for the price it is still a good option, especially if you are traveling with a dog. The pool and jacuzzi are well kept. The garden maze area is also well manicured. The room I was in appeared to be updated by painting and a new vanity in the...

I was staying here for a popular event during the spring. I had an amazing time. The resort was full. Sexy men everywhere. I had a nice size room but the place definitely could be renovated. There was a small tiny refrig. The towels and wash clothes are falling apart. I had a issue with bugs in my room. But...

During a visit to Palm Springs in early November, we sampled a few different resorts and stayed at the Canyon Club for a few nights. The resort itself was fine. A bit worn in places and showing it's age, but the room was tidy, neat and well cared for. The staff was attentive and handy, except when they weren't (more...

From walking in the door to Chris' welcoming smile, to John holding court poolside, to the attentive and stealth housekeeping staff....these hosts made a warm and welcoming experience for our stay. Stepped out the front door to see the parade, and easy downhill walk to downtown. Met a bunch of nice guys from around the country and world, and a...

Was my 1st time staying here on a recommendation of friend. Check in takes a bit of time as it does at most of these resorts but the front desk staff was just so nice it did not matter. Pool and grounds are very nicely maintained. I'm always looking for a deal so stayed in one of there least expensive...

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet & comfortable my room was! I stayed a week & would happily return..The room was very clean & the staff very friendly! Its great to lay in...

This was my third visit to The Canyon Club. Really great pool which is cool to get some relief from the heat with misters around the sun loungers etc. The rooms are always cleaned well etc. Breakfast is good with a reasonable selection. Parking can be a bit of a problem as day pass visitors use the car park too...
