We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a barking dog in a locked lobby. Finally someone showed up. He was very pleasant but seemed a bit overwhelmed. We were shown to our room and the minute we opened the door a very strong smell of bleach greeted us. The pool was dirty and had stuff floating in it....

Family and I had a great stay, the staff was fun and friendly...I recommend to anyone who is looking for more of a private stay. I like the fact that they dont charge extra for the cabannas.. plus the view of the mountain side from the pool is pretty cool...I believe Danny is the owner pretty positive and attentive to...

An older property in a nice area of town. It is a boutique hotel, only six rooms, but very comfortable. Room had free wifi, a microwave, fridge, and sink in the kitchenette area; but bring your own dishes and utensils. The bed was amazingly comfortable and airconditioning worked well (we were in room three). Room was a good size. There...

The room was decorated nicely and very spacious. I like the way the room was organized so that it didn't looked overstuffed with furniture. The owners were very nice as was the rest of the staff. If you don't mind a short drive downtown for the nightlife it's a perfect place to stay. It's very quiet and I had a...

Not a "Resort" at all! Too far North of the center of Palm Springs, in Not a very good location. The cabana furniture is old and gross. The cabanas are ripped, torn and faded. The staff is very unusual. One guy "Mike" Is kind of scary, his face is red and his eye were blood shot, and it seemed like...

Nice quiet little pool. Nice pool chairs. Cute colorful rooms. Good air conditioner! Very nice staff! Great prices! Pretty empty, I hardly saw anyone one else there. Not a "party" type pool place, more for quiet couples.

The owner who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms was 5 star standard and very roomy. The pool area was so relaxing. It was a shame I had to leave. Definitely would stay here again if I'm in the area.

First and foremost - I read all the reviews before I came to this place. Most of the gripes were about things I could deal with, some even suggesting that the reviews were friends of the owner. Nothing seemed too terrible, so I booked my getaway for my friend's birthday. Danny was at the front when we arrived. He showed...

Arrived mid-afternoon May 10th to room 3 and immediately needed to turn on the HVAC to try to cool a 90 degree room. After 3 hours the room temperature had not changed, in fact it was hotter and more muggy. We decided to leave since hotel mgmt was not reachable. Instead we drove to our home, which is under-construction. Fortunately...

This is a road side motel, not a resort! During our 5 days stay the pool and pool area were never cleaned. The sun beds were dirty with hairs all over it. There are still building works going on just next to the pool area. No one at the front desk after 5 PM or early in the morning. When...
