Upscale resort on a small scale at a great price. Beautiful courtyard and spotless rooms done in a modern, all-white decor. Best of all, pool is salt water and the vibe is quiet and romantic, ideal for couples. Not for families with young kids.

What a delightful find! I stayed here in early July with my 14 year old daughter over the weekend. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were ready on time. We had room 34, one of the ground level rooms by the courtyard & pool, however, it was not noisy at all. The courtyard, btw, is...

Our rooms was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The amenities and facilities were excellent. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We had a ground floor unit with a private patio. Overall the Alcazar is an excellent choice.

this is a great place to stay, close to downtown, they have bikes you can ride, salt water pool... and very friendly staff. Sandra at the front desk is the greatest she always makes us feel welcome even at our very first visit 10+ years ago and she goes above and beyond customer service. I would choose this hotel first...

I found this place on jetsetter and it did not dissapoint! lovely grounds, pool, nice room, perfect location. My husband and I spent one night here but ended up using the pool and shower after we explored Joshua Tree the next day.....they were very gracious about allowing us to use the facilities even after having just checked out. Cheeky's, the...

I had a pleasant two night stay here. The room was VERY quiet which was great since it was above a noisy restaurant/bar. The room was clean, spacious and had a good bed. But I thought it odd that there were almost no amenities - yes, the usual small bottles of shampoo, etc. -- but not a single GLASS glass...

Lovely boutique hotel, good service and staff, great location, and the privacy a couple will want. Great Wedding Venue. Good location for walking to restaurants, site seeing, and spending time in the downtown area of Palm Springs and the free trolley transportation. Convenient to the Palm Springs International Airport. Short drive or cab ride to the Palm Springs Convention Center.

We had an old standby here in Palm Springs, but we have switched to the Alcazar. It is in a much better section of Palm Springs, the Design district. It is in walking distance to everything and they let you use their bicycles free. I love the espresso machine in the lobby, the warm pool, and the twinkle lights at...

But I don't want to say too much because I want to be able to make reservations here in the future. Good vibe, pool, restaurants on property, proximity to town. A great mix of guests including couples, gay, gals weekend and even some old folks like ourselves.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Old world charm, great beds and linens, beautiful patio and pool area. White, bright and hip. In the design district of Palm Springs. Easy walk to everything. Free bicycle and wifi. Would definitely return.
