Wonderful place to stay. Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful courtyard, relaxing pool and hot tub, flowers growing everywhere--the jasmine smelled fabulous. Delicious croissants in the morning. My patio on the mountain-side room was a bit noisy due to the nearby (good-food) restaurant; however, when the French doors were closed, it was silent.

Great place! This is our third year staying here, rooms are big and clean, the grounds are outstanding, and it's a block off the main drag of Palm Springs, close to everything. The staff is very helpful and friendly and it's a pleasure to stay there. If you're looking for a quiet, out of the way place, close to anything...

I loved staying here. glad it was not filled with 21-year-olds either. Rooms are decorated cool and love the private patio. The place has bikes to ride into town which is super close to the hotel. I would most def stay there again.

We were able to come to the desert for three nights for our anniversary last week. As soon as I walk thru the gates I start to feel relaxed. The rooms are simple, very clean and all white, which adds to the restfulness. We like to bring our dog, so we get a room with the patio. The pool is...

We love the Alcazar ! We always stay here. It's seems as though you are miles away and yet all the shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. Very comfortable bed and a spa and pool are all we need here. The staff is friendly and it's a good place to unwind. Try Cheekies next door for an...

The staff were really friendly and helpful, happy to chat and give us tips on local restaurants, hikes etc. They made us feel very welcome. We had Room 17, a ground floor, king-size bed. Simply and stylishly decorated, spacious and very comfortable, although the shower was a little weak and the noise from the room above was pretty bad. (I'd...

I only stayed 1 night, wish I was there longer. I had a 2nd floor room with Mountain and Pool view. Very comfortable, and friendly staff. Good restaurants within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail at Alcazar. A warm greeting and shot of expresso were most welcome. Loved the sleek, yet cozy Mountain view room with private porch and working fireplace. The pool area was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and a very inviting hot tub. The entire property was well maintained...

It's always a pleasure to return to the Alcazar. So close to the strip in downtown PS and the boutique hotel is quiet and quaint with rooms situated around the pool with Palm trees for a backdrop. The rooms are clean and contemporary. The front counter staff are very attentive and were quick to resolve a parking lot issue, which...

The Alcazar is a hidden gem among Palm Springs resorts and hotels. We've stayed at larger places in town but this has a cozy and relaxed feel that you don't find elsewhere. One of the best features is the private pool and courtyard surrounded by flowering jasmine and buzzing hummingbirds. We enjoyed our coffee in the courtyard in the morning,...
