My wife took me to Palm Springs for a bday getaway recently since I have never been and we stayed at the Alcazar. The room she picked was called mountain view w/a patio. The room was perfect when we checked in and first saw it - spacious, clean, nice patio, and cozy w/the fireplace. It wasn't later that night that... More

I was back after two weeks since I liked it so much. The second time, some friends joined us. The courtyard is stunning at night around the pool. Also, you can't get closer to town than this place. The staff was super pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

The rooms and facilities are beautiful and spotlessly clean, including the pool area, and staff attention to that is obvious. The owners have created an oasis of calm in the city with a convenient location for almost everything. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance including the business's own 'Cheeky's' next door for breakfast and lunch. The... More

We just came from a family and friends gathering at the Alcazar- and it was absolutely perfect in every way. This was for our 20th anniversary and we booked the entire hotel, which worked out wonderfully. From the planning and organizing, to the execution of the event and helping us all weekend long, the Alcazar was amazing. Robert, Sandra and... More

The hotel is very nice-its quiet and the rooms and baths are newly renovated. The pool was great and very clean as well. It's in uptown so its a walk to downtown but in the area are good restaurants as well. The front desk clerk was not friendly on either visit but the rest of the staff was friendly!

This is such a cute boutique type hotel! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable. I wanted to move in permanently! The hotel has 2 amazing restaurants on the property, so you never have to leave, but it's its right in the heart of the main strip so you can walk to lots of other bars and... More

I wish I could have stayed longer...this beautiful boutique resort evokes instant relaxation, calm & harmony. Elsie looked after us beautifully, thank you Elsie!!! The style & design of the resort is appealing, white with a touch of Spanish influence combined with old Hollywood style, loved it... gorgeous rooms, fantastic bathroom , beautiful pool, complimentary tea/coffee/pastries for guests, impressive rates,... We had a lovely stay at the Alcazar. After a long flight it was the perfect stop over before continuing our road trip. Lovely pool and outside seating area and close to shops and restaurants. We were just sorry we couldn't stay longer as we had a schedule to keep to. A nice continental breakfast set us up for our... More

What a find!!! Just a really wonderful hotel in the middle of everything in Palm Springs. Rooms are all white...very cool. The courtyard is shaded by palm trees, with a delightful breeze flowing through it.. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful as well. Had a Mediterranean feel to it.

We live on the Welsh Coast. We first visited Palm Springs in December 2012 staying at the Alcazar. It was just lovely. The rooms are good, simple, clean and well equipped, the pool is lovely with great views and the location is good. We liked it so much that we returned again in October 2016 and it was lovely once...
