Came to explore but spent 3 days lounging at the pool. The service was good , drinks cold and pool very refreshing. Lots of room and lounges available as well as umbrellas. Lobby was spacious and good bar. Everything seemed to run smoothly and guests were happy.

We were upgraded to a pool view room with a balcony which was spacious, light and clean and had a gorgeous view of the pool area and mountains beyond. Modern and well equipped bathroom and everything you could need. Excellent customer service from all staff, especially an extremely helpful and knowledgeable bell-man. A free shuttle downtown was an added bonus....

We stayed for 2 nights from 17th April. Fifth floor balcony room overlooking the pool which was great. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Just a 10 minute stroll to the downtown area and a short Uber ride to the aerial tramway. Had breakfast on the day of departure, nice buffet but quite pricey, then what hotel isn't!!?...

Beautiful hotel. Was here for Coachella and thought it was going to be rowdy. But it was very relaxing the entire time. Staff is also super friendly. The two days I was poolside they gave free ice pops.

This hotel is in a convenient location with nice public areas and pleasant service staff. Our room was large and quiet but in need of refurbishing. The furniture and carpeting were worn and stained. Hoping the guest rooms will be refurbished before our next business stay coming up in January 2018.

Great stay at this hotel during Coachella (week end 1). Despite the distance to the festival (about 45mn), that's actually a great opportunity to spend the morning downtown Palm Springs (walking distance), and spend some time at the swimming pool, then go to the festival. The shuttle is literally next door, going straight to the festival. Easy check-in of your...

Spent two days here, after the Coachella crowd left, and really enjoyed the pool. Very relaxing! We got the king suite with pool view but checked in early and got stuck in last room on 2nd floor with a better view of the convention center then the pool. Room was large but layout was weird, living room/lounge area was not...

We had a get together with friends and family, we came from all areas in the United States. We are so glad to come to this beautiful hotel. We were treated to a Cabana because the server in Date restaurant found out that we were having a special reunion. We loved the pool area and Rocks lounge!
