The entire staff of Hotel California gives new definition to collegiality, personal attention and guest satisfaction – beyond the expectations set by others on Trip Advisor. Not only was Jay’s warm welcome to two weary travelers enhanced by a chilled glass of wine and lively conversation; he, Mike, Larry and Curly offered a relaxed, well-manicured, efficient and friendly environment, supported...

The Hotel California experience is unbelievable. The setting is beautiful, the bedding top notch, the staff over the top helpful, friendly and a little cheeky. The bicycles, the fresh fruit provided daily, the BBQs, all the million extra moving parts of this hotel are simply amazing. We will be back as often as we can to Palm Springs and will...

In these days of bigger is better, this Hotel shoots that fallacy down in flames. Due to some cancellations we were able to secure a one night anniversary stay but we were treated like royalty. I have no idea how Curly knew it was an anniversary but yes, Pink Champagne was offered along with the obligatory premium Budweiser. Rather than...

Our first time to Palm Springs for my boyfriend and I and we spent one week in the King Poolside #2. There is not one negative remark I can say about this incredible hotel. Every moment was beyond our expectations...from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. Upon arrival we were offered a cold adult beverage and...

OK. So my title is a tad cheesy and predictable. This hotel has nothing to do with the Eagles, I don't think. Anyway, that aside, this has got to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been in a few. From Curly's warm welcome, to watching hummingbirds feed at breakfast time, every minute of our...

Our first time to Palm Springs for my husband & I. We spent 4 nights in the Casita & 3 in a King poolside (#4). Amazing service by all from beginning to end. Curly was always available to answer questions, offer advice on where to eat, hike, etc... He made us laugh, and he was always busy making things perfect...

A most wonderful experience from arrival to departure for my wife and I at The Hotel California. The entire staff are to be complemented in the highest way. If you are planning a stay in the beautiful Palm Springs area anytime soon or in the future, you would be hard pressed to find a better place to call home, weather...

Fabulous atmosphere, at once quiet, private and convivial! The ancient trees and vines create semi-private spaces around the pool to have drinks, chat, or eat self-made or imported meals. Guests can interact in the communal kitchen which is stacked with free basics like coffee and fruits. Rooms are spacious, and charming, and the host couldn't be more helpful. We wanted...

our second visit to this beautiful Hotel. We spent 3 nights previously and had to come back - mind you a long way from Sydney, Australia but worth it. The staff are like family and make you so welcome and are always available for any small needs. It is exceptionally clean, peaceful and welcoming. If you go to Palm Springs...

Great room with lots of extras. The townhouse is a mini apartment with bedroom and full bath upstairs and kitchen, bath and living area downstairs. We stayed here in the middle of a 12 day road trip and it was great to eat at home and spread out in some space. Mike, Larry and Jay are around to provide anything...
