Small but beautiful with a lovely courtyard, pool area and plenty of quiet places to hang out day and night. A little road noise but they overcome that with water features. Great for a couple of nights or long weekend. The staff went over and above.

Every single detail is about this place is perfect — the property is impeccably designed and quiet. Everything feels so artfully curated, from the serene lounging areas to the little bites in the kitchen, lovely drinks by the pool and the effortless, gracious hospitality.
Abdi is just the best — so kind and helpful without being invasive in any way. I'm an introvert so this place is my dream come true. If you're looking for a place to unwind, this is it.

The Dive is newly renovated and absolutely adorable. The owner checked us in and was so warm and gracious, welcoming us and our pups. Breakfast is tasty and fresh; warm croissants, hot coffee, fruit, yogurt, granola, jams, butter and nutella, a hard boiled egg and add-ons for a small fee if you like. The decor is fabulous, well-designed rooms with all modern, chic touches and art. The resort is small (only 11 rooms) which is perfect because it creates an intimate environment where you're not swarmed by crowds, and an easy place to socially distance. Outdoor firepits were going at night, and the adults-only hotel had a beautiful pool and hottub that were open 24/7. The overall vibe was so fun. We loved The Dive and would be stoked to stay here again.

What a chic and relaxing getaway. The entire 11 room resort is like a little oasis straight out of St Tropez. The rooms feature real linen sheets, a mini 1960's Frigidaire, a small comfortable patio and the most flattering bathroom mirror ever created! All of the rooms surround a courtyard and a heated to 87 degree pool, 107 degree jacuzzi, 2 fire pits and 2 cabanna's. Delicious complimentary breakfast of fresh baked criossants with nutella and french press coffee can be enjoyed under the palm trees, surrounded by little tables. The courtyard is the highlight. Abdi (the resident Bon Vivant) Ashley and the team at Dive make every effort to look after every detail. I HIGHLY recommend a stay here, as long as you save a room for me.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a quick birthday getaway. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Dive. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we felt taken care of.
Even during this insane time we're living in, the staff makes you feel welcome and at ease. I want to give props to Chef Ray for being not only an awesome chef but also being an awesome guy! I can't recommend the club sandwich enough!
I think one underappreciated aspect of this hotel is that it only has 11 rooms. This makes it feel super secluded from the rest of the world. We were told they were doing social distancing before it was even a thing. That's definitely true at Dive!
We are definitely coming back sooner rather than later!

The south of France vibe gave us a true sense of getting away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles for us. The aesthetic and detail of decor was all very beautiful and meaningful. When I called, I asked many questions that Abdu was able to answer with grace.
Upon our arrival, we were given a doggie bag and there was a doggie water bowl, and water for us -humans as well. There is a sense of nature around the pool that I appreciated. The hammock and other seating areas are relaxing (and really cute)!

I'm still coming off the buzz of my amazing vacation at DIVE. I love that place so much with the awesome staff, the gorgeous amenities, massage, food, and just relaxing by the pool. Breakfast is great and comes with coffee. I suggest trying the breakfast special -- one morning I was awoke by the smells of a delicious diner smelling breakfast with eggs, bacon, coffee, etc and so I asked and was told that was the special. Simple pleasures like that will remain a memory and put a smile on your face even when you get back home :) So, it's a chic place that attracts fascinating people, and yet offers the privacy you want if you just need to get away. The St. Tropez influence harmonizes well with the historical fact that this place was enjoyed for decades by movie stars and you can let that influence your dress as you dress up or just relax and be zen in the desert. The location is perfect because you're not shadowed by the large mountains. I stayed in The Paris Suite which is the largest suite and features an old Parisian elevator cage. The minibar & fridge are stocked with nicely curated beverage and snack. The bathrooms are supplied with great products from L'Occitane. The almond oil shower gel is to die for. There's so many nuggets of love from the small details to the overall experience. The palm trees sway gently and everyone has a light smile even as they relax.. maybe even the palm trees are smiling... it's such a happy place I can't wait to get back to

It's the perfect desert Oasis. As you walk in, it's literally like entering someone's very own and private Mansion. Right from the get-go it feels like home. We were welcomed by Abdi and one of his lovely staff members and were given a welcome Rose, nothing better to start the weekend. He gave us a tour of the property and showed us around while we were happily sipping on our wine. The room was lovely and refreshing (no carpet) perfect for when you have a dog like we did. We even got doggy treats which is a very nice touch. The room had a cute tiny patio with a day bed, ideal for a little private afternoon nap. No TV in the room, which we didn't mind at all. It actually forces you to be out and about, socialize and enjoy the property. There are only 11 rooms which really makes it fee like a home away from home. It took us literally 15 mins to become friends with all the other guests that were lounging by the pool. The overall decor is very chic an tastefully South of France inspired "Oh lala". The stay included a continental breakfast which a nice extra touch. They also offer a small lunch menu that is really delicious and fairly priced. We can't wait to go back ;)

This place is my new favorite happy place in the desert. Its perfect in every way: with only 11 rooms, this small & intimate boutique hotel has gorgeous large, uniquely styled rooms and a fabulous common ground. Like being in a movie! I felt so blessed, sitting in the heated pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by the beautiful blend of palm trees and other plants, listening to the best music being played softly throughout. It feels like you're in the back yard of some famous old time Hollywood movie star, perfectly lit with strings of warm bistro lights, black and white striped chaise lounges and perfectly manicured lawns. I was there on my own with my dog but I did not feel lonely at all. The staff is so friendly and they attract cool guests as well. The food exceeded my expectations and cocktails are too die for! This place is special and the whole team made me feel like family from the moment I arrived. It's also very romantic spot so I can't wait come back with my husband ;)

The Dive is perfect Palm Springs vibe. Small, private, no kids makes for a great couples stay. Abdi and Ashley took great care of us--"home cooked" breakfasts, poolside cocktails, great attention to detail. Great PS decor around the grounds and in the rooms. Super clean, great location (short drive to downtown) and superior service. Play backgammon in the "padded blue velvet room", sit by the outdoor fire pit for an early morning read, take a dip or hot tub soak after your afternoon hike. It's all good!
