We stayed at this resort through an RCI exchange. We were thankful to have a ground level pool side room as the stairs in some of the other suites were dangerously spiraled. The pool was a comfortable temperature and clean. The condo was not spacious for 6 people but the weather was nice so we didn't spend a lot of...

We were here in late Oct for a week and spent another five days because Edna the front desk manager was so kind to us (and funny) we hated to leave! What an interesting well run place. The entire staff aimed to please and they did. Great pool, big rooms with kitchens, and a restaurant - cocktail lounge right from...

Stayed a week in mid April. Think of it as more of an apartment than a destination resort. Has two pools, a hot tub and friendly casual atmosphere. Built in the 50's to last, adds to character. Monday morning has continental breakfast and Meet & Greet. Has a great history including Rat Pack and I Love Lucy! Free Parking. Shopping...

I booked this room as an RCI exchange. Upon arrival, we were given cursory instructions on where to park and how to get to the room. After parking and bringing the luggage through the lobby and past the front desk staff, I realized there were no elevators. I lugged 2 bags and a backpack up the stairs and by the...

Though nice looking from the outside, if cramped, the site was disappointing on the whole. Fantastic staff, cheerful, helpful. The studio room was really dated and missing enough from the kitchen inventory to make staying there and trying to cook annoying. No kettle?! The plumbing was the biggest problem. 4 flushes and the bowl still didn't drain. Staff tried to...

Every year I find all employees to be very courteous and helpful...especially Edna the Office Manager. The maids, maintenance guys and all managers are very friendly and accommodating. The location is great and the rooms are kept up with repairs as needed .....being an old landmark hotel. We love the place!

Stay here. Our studio was spacious and had a murphy bed and a sleeper sofa. The service was great and very informative. Our room was very clean. This is a little ways from all of the shops on the main drag so I would recommend having a car.

We booked this property as a time share exchange, and by far it was the worst property we've ever stayed at through RCI. It is in a convenient location, but it's downhill from there. It is noisy because it houses a busy bar/restaurant as the anchor tenant. Lots of delivery and patron noise in the evening hours. It is also...

When we first drove up to this place, we were concerned. That lasted about 3 minutes. Our condo was spotless and well equipped, and you could not ask for a better location - right by the pool. There is nothing the staff would not do for you. They are there within minutes of your request - truly amazing service. Yes,...

This is like a step back in time. Sign in at the door (the hostess does NOT do a very good job of explaining the protocol (and in fact can be somewhat rude) but this is a private club and liquor license laws state that you have to "join" to enter.) Once inside, you can just picture Frank or Dean...
