Starbucks is touch competition, but a hotel that bills itself as full service such as the Hyatt Palm Springs should serve espresso, lattes and cappuccinos. However, their espresso machine has been broken for 5+ years. Once, a manager told me it was fixed, but the staff said it was broken. I wonder if the staff is just too lazy or...

Arrived at the hotel to a very rude front desk clerk. I meant to remember her name, but forgot. Not accommodating at all. She informed me Hyatt no longer has a Gold Passport. I was unaware of this when I made the reservation. She pretty much convinced me to go back to the Hilton chain. Just RUDE!!! Arrived in the...

Great spacious room, superb service, excellent downtown location makes access to the core of Palm Springs easy and enjoyable. Outstanding Hoodoo restaurant bartenders, poolside service, front desk help, airport shuttle.

Hyatt Palm Springs is located in the heart of PS commercial district. So you can walk to bars, restaurants and stores. That said, this is a tired property in need of an update. I stayed using 12000 Gold Passport points per night The lobby is a huge space with very little going on. The bar and restaurant by the pool...

I like staying at this Hyatt in downtown Palm Springs. I have stayed here several times in the past. I really don't want to leave a negative review so I won't. Thanks to the entire front of the house team for a nice stay. It wasn't excellent but just nice. It was nice to get a "Hello" from houseman and...

Stayed 3 nights for a professional conference. All rooms are apparently suites. Very nice, private view overlooking golf course and mountains. Excellent suite. My impression was that the staff was upbeat, got along well with each other, and was looking to help. I especially appreciated Deanna and Bryson, but others at front desk, bar, valet were all pleasant as well....

Stayed here for two nights during Moderism Week event in Palm Springs. Checking in was not a fun experience, Darlene at the front desk was downright rude to my wife and and I. Despite having a credit card and all my info on file, they insisted on physically holding onto my driver's license while I looked at another room. What?...

Hyatt Palm Springs is a great location. The staff is friendly and attentive to requests. I was there on a very busy weekend, so maybe I was given one of the rooms which is not usually used; the safe did not work, there was no ironing board, and some of the bathroom light bulbs were out. These are minor, and...
