My partner and I just spent a wonderful week at the Ingleside Inn. We stayed in the Lilly Pons Suite which is a wonderful room with a good sized private terrace and a lawn. The suite has a wood burning fireplace and is furnished with period pieces. The staff is attentive and the room service food comes from the hotel's...

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We were greeted we smiles and service. There was a welcome sign to announce our main event and when we got to the room we even had matches with our name on them! How fun! You could tell the place had a lot of history and we had fun imagining if...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in March. We were looking for an alternative to the resorts and nice-but-lacking-in-character chains. The Ingleside did not disappoint at all. The place oozes character and history and uniqueness. The service is amazing. Our room was a "villa" beside the pool (one step up from the basic...

We stayed at the Ingleside in April, 2010 and had a grand time. The pool and grounds were wonderful - the staff very helpful and caring. The first night we stayed in a Standard Room. And it was not terrific. We asked for an upgrade to a suite and were given the Margaret O'Brien Suite. It was large with a...

The moment we entered the Inn we were greeted warmly and were made to feel like family. This attitude of "service " and caring literally permeates throughout the Inn. Nothing is impossible --"no" is not in the staff's vocabulary. Karen at the front desk and Dan the bellman were so kind to help my wife with copies requested of the...

I happened to find this beautiful UTOPIA in the desert by researching "boutique" hotels in Palm Springs. Once I stayed there I was hooked!! The staff is not only very professional, they all have such a "personal-caring attitude" and treat you as if you were the only person at the Inn. Melvyn's is the most unique lounge/restaurant......kind of like the...

This was our first time we stayed here, and it was for our 29th Anniversary. The atmosphere was reminiscent of another time, when Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, and the like would have have stayed here.. Melvyn's Restaurant was outstanding. The people were very friendly and helpful. The beautiful grounds have the backdrop of the nearby mountains, close to downtown, but...

We first came to Ingleside in August 2010. I did a Tripadvisor review of the property at that time and we NEVER stay anywhere else when we're in the desert. LOVE the staff (Hi Armeda, Karen, Hal, Dan and Jose). LOVE the location. LOVE the grounds. Love the Club Sandwich for lunch at poolside. It's our home in the desert.

My husband and I love the Ingleside Inn. The rooms are beautifully appointed; the staff is friendly and courteous and very eager to attend to every guest's needs; the grounds are meticulously maintained; and the location is walking distance to shopping on Palm Canyon Drive. There is a wonderful restaurant on the premises called Melvyn's. Aside from the wonderful cuisine...
