Located in the Uptown Design District, ARRIVE Palms Springs is a striking design and architectural landmark, honoring the city’s rich modernist legacy, with art by Jamie Kowal paying homage to the iconic wind farms nearby. The 32-room boutique hotel features bright, residential-style guest rooms, outfitted with Bellino Fine Linens, marble bathrooms with rain showers, automatic shades to escape the desert sun, Apple TVs with live TV streaming apps, Grown Alchemist bath amenities, plush robes and a curated mini bar of snacks and refreshments, and guest rooms with patios feature Modfire fireplaces. The hotel’s centerpiece, a 42-foot long pool and hot tub, is adjacent to the poolside restaurant and bar, where guests enjoy an all-day menu of food and refreshing drinks; it’s also where they check in and receive a welcome beverage.

ARRIVE Palm Springs is lauded for its chic and welcoming atmosphere, with a stylish blend of modern and vintage elements that guests find inviting. While the hotel's prime location earns high marks for convenience to local attractions, some guests feel that the high costs are not justified by the room amenities and comfort provided. The cleanliness of the grounds and rooms stands out, as does the friendly service, though there are mentions of limited room service and occasional staff challenges. The pool is a hit for its style, and while pet-friendly policies are appreciated, the lack of complimentary water and coffee machines has been noted.

This hotel and our experience there were top-notch.

Bianca made check-in easy and hooked us up with complimentary drink coupons.

Will and Amanda took excellent care of us poolside.

The grounds were pristine, modern, hip, and beautiful.

Parking was a cinch.

The rooms were well decorated and had your back on robes, a hair dryer, steam iron, and places for your luggage to chill. King bed (all rooms have King beds) was v comfy.

Wasn’t crazy about the risqué shower situation, but it wouldn’t deter me from staying there again…and again…and again.

I love you, ARRIVE. Thanks for the epic stay!

We were originally attracted to Arrive by its vibe on the website and also the detailed protocols and considerations for health and safety of guests.
Access to each room is exterior..no crowded lobbies or corridors, with efficient but relaxed check in at the ool Bar.
Loved the patio with its personal fireplace and walled privacy. The room itself is well designed, feels spacious and was very comfortable comfortable - great king bed, Egyptian cotton bedding and lots of light from the high windows that had remote controlled blackout blinds.
Ordering breakfast from Pool Bar and morning coffee from Cartel coffee on site was all online, efficient and enjoyed sitting in the morning sun in our prereserved poolside chairs ( a perk that comes with patio rooms).Staff always helpful and friendly.
Location of the hotel is very central, great restaurants in walking distance and easy access to freeways for exploring the surrounding sights and attractions.
Will definitely return snd also look out for the Arrive hotels in several other cities across USA.

It's covid...you have to call them to fully service your room. Not a huge deal. My room was spotless when I got there, an abundance of towels and full toiletries for the two of us, and instructions left on the desk that answered any questions we may have had.

The pool area is wonderful. They have a system for when you leave- chairs down. Someone comes fairly quickly to not only pick up the towels, but I saw employees actually sanitizing the area.

The service from everyone was spot on and timely. It's been awhile since I've stayed at a hotel...the employees seemed really friendly and happy to answer any questions.

The restaurant/bar/coffee shop- I didn't have anything that wasn't good. My only regret was not stopping in for a scoop of ice cream.

Great location- a lot of places are within walking distance.

All in all...great hotel and look forward to staying here again the next time I'm in Palm Springs.

Lots of hidden fees in Palm Springs. This place was great prior to COVID, but now they have a resort fee of 25 bucks a day and a hidden fee I didn't see while booking. It's called a transient tax fee which amounted to almost 30 bucks a day. I was quoted a fee of just over700 for a three night stay. When I recieved the final bill it was close a 900 dollar bill because of the transient tax added. Oh and let's not forget that room 106 sucks. You are next to the trash bin and the trash truck wakes you up in the morning and the maid service feels like it's a place to park their carts just outside your door. One day we had the shade pulled down half way and some inspector guy peaked under the shade to look into our room. Not sure what that was about but it startled us. Definitely going to rethink staying at Arrive. During a previous stay close by at Sparrow's lodge I experience very poor service and my car got broken into there. Please do not stay at that place. It was worse than Arrive. At least Arrive had some customer service going on there that was still acceptable.

Good afternoon. My name is Anthony Reynoso and I am the Hotel Manager for Arrive Palm Springs. I am glad our customer service went well and I am very sorry to hear about the issues with your room. 106 is one of our ADA rooms and are only assigned when booked so I am not sure how this got mixed up on our end. I would love to have you back to our property for you to enjoy not only our customer service but to have a wonderful experience with your room as well. Please let me know when you decide to come back and I will make sure to personally assign your room and look into the pricing for you as well. Thank you for the response and feedback. Safe travels. anthonyr@arrivehotels.com

This is a great place for couples and you can bring your dog!! The boho vibe was awesome. The suite was unique and had a very comfy bed. The amenities were fabulous but we went in the winter and the pool was really cold despite the weather being quite warm. It would've been nice if they warmed it up. The hang out area was amazing and cozy, lots of sun and relaxing with amazing waitress and friendly staff. Great drinks to order whilst sunning....One thing is that the staff could have more knowledge about the distance to downtown and some of the hiking info. We figured it all out and it turned out it was a 20 min walk to the main drag which was great! Most airbnb's and hotels have a list of hotspots and activities and this would've been great addition of info to have in the suite. This is just fussy stuff but on a whole, Arrive is in a great location with the best coffee shop everrrr next door, I'm missing it already, and an awesome sushi restaurant across the way- the sushi chef is in the top 30 in the world so he is able to bring in fish from Scandinavia and Europe, it was sensational..... make resies in advance.... We will def go back to Arrive and bring friends with us.

Intimate and fun with a little edginess. Arrive was a delightful place to stay. The staff is warm and attentive, the property is a fun mix of retro and new. Spend the extra couple dollars and stay in a patio. The fireplace is a wonderful touch for the cool nights. Stretch out and enjoy the starts while you toast your toes and your perfect parter. I have kids, I LOVE kids - but sometimes NO kids is just the ticket. The pool is kept at an absolutely perfect temperature and you can float around without the pitter patter of little feet and high voices.
I will DEFINITELY be back!

Hotel is an all in one location, boasting both a coffee shop and an ice cream parlor. You text for anything you need, which is my millennial dream. The pool was perfect as it had nothing deeper than 4.5 feet which is great for lounging. The hot tub was TOASTY and HUGE. The room is spacious and has lots of natural light but zero cabinets for clothing so if you’re inclined to unpack when staying at a hotel, just know that won’t happen here. Food and drinks are both top notch and reasonably priced for both the quality and location. If you want to save money there is a liquor store next door, I’m talking 5 min walk MAX.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Rooms are extremely comfortable and we loved the eccletic furnishings The pool area is extremely comfortable with attentive staff, reservable lounge chairs, and lots of other comfortable seating like fire tables and couches. Location is 15 min walk to downtown, 10 min drive to tram and hiking trails, and excellent restaurants next door and across the street. 21 and over only policy and only king beds kept atmosphere perfect for couples. No huge corporate gatherings or noisy families splashing in the pool. They do allow dogs and all seemed to enjoy lying on the sun as much as we did! Highly recommend.

Great hotel. The location was great and definitely a plus that our pet was allowed to stay at no additional costs! Other hotels charge a fee and ask you to stay in a special room which come in at higher rates. This along with it being an adults only hotel makes it a 4 for us.

A few gripes:

1. Cleaning - We asked our room to be cleaned twice during our 4 day/3 night stay. The first night, they did not show up at all even though we followed their rules and texted in advance of the deadline for that day. We had no towels after a long day in Joshua Tree and had to arrange for the service to be provided. The second day, they only made our bed and left fresh towels but left the trash and did not even take the dirty utensils and dishes. They did however, leave an envelope for tips where the dirty utensils were located.

2. Food - Service was a bit slow on two occasions. There weren't a lot of folks ordering either so we were a bit perplexed as to why that took so long. On the first occasion, the food was cold and on the second occasion, the food did taste great! Drinks were definitely great!

Overall will recommend but just need to button up in a few areas based on our experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Arrive. I'll be honest, I was a bit nervous after reviews of guests who came when they host pool parties. Thankfully for us, they didn't host any the weekend we were there and it was quiet and chill. We stayed in a Studio + Patio, which I highly recommend. With this room, you are able to reserve chairs by the pool, which is a huge plus and you have your own patio and fire pit. The service is unbeatable, you text them and they are there in minutes. We really felt pampered during our stay. We loved the pool and the poolside service, with food from Wexlers. The weekend it was mostly millenials, but on Mon/Tuesday there was a real range in ages. Unless you came to Palm Springs to party, I would avoid "pool party season" at Arrive. Otherwise, it's chill, gorgeous and fun. We hope to come back again.

You don't have to pay for the loungers but the daybeds/cabanas may be extra. Check with the front desk. Also with certain rooms you can reserve a lounge chair.

Our pool chairs are distanced, giving you space to eat and drink without a mask. We do require masks to be worn while ordering from the bar.
