The rooms were dirty, the staff was inexperienced and untrained, their service was down for Internet technology and being able to access my Hilton honors app and account to verify rent rates which were incorrect. Housekeeping stole my medication and I had to do an incident report .

The Embassey Suites far surpassed our expectations for a nice getaway to the desert. The Hotels location made for nice day trips to places nearby. The Hotel was easy to find. There were place to eat within walking distance too... Cactus Jacks bar and grill was superb... would go back for dinner next time..

Awful hotel. Smelled like urine everywhere, in the pool area, in the room, outdoor prior to entering the lobby, the pool towels. The room smelled horrendous and felt dirty. I didn't even eat the free breakfast. Horrible. They also planned a four hour fire drill with the alarm sounding multiple times each hour with no notice upon booking the room.

We stayed here last night and found the hotel to be immaculate . The lobby is welcoming . Our bed was extremely comfortable ( always super important to me") with very comfy pillows. The pool and jacuzzi areas are very nice and there is a beautiful fountain. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast wasn't as good as...

We recently stayed at this hotel with four other families. The overall stay was very good. The highlight was the cook to order buffet breakfast. The rooms were clean albeit needs renovation. The beds were super comfortable, very clean linens, feather pillows for a good night sleep. The room had 2 double beds, 2 LCD TV's one in the living...

The staff is unprofessional, inaccurate, unaccommodating. The rooms are dingy, smelly, and the walls, floors, ceilings are thin that you can literally hear EVERYTHING. We stayed for a week and experienced several errors on the hotel end (missing package, unavailable complimentary wifi, inaccurate charges on the bill, etc.). It was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays and we will...

Stay at your own risk. This place is a dump masquerading as a high end hotel. Property was littered with half empty beer cups and cocktails. The pool area is full of screaming children and their inattentive chubby parents that could care less. Clearly the attraction is free liquor at night and free food in the morning, and that's the...

Hotel is not worth the $286 / night.... rooms are average, pool is average, location is average..... only thing above average is the evening reception.... and that only until they have to charge you for drinks....

Some of the staff at the front desk and at the managers reception the bar tender not to friendly. Room was clean but the AC unit was not working properly ( doing to much noise when it was in low). Restroom toilet was also not working properly and I check the tank and it was FULL of mold.

All of the staff we encountered were friendly, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. All of the rooms open onto a central courtyard, which is attractively maintained, but the facility is showing a bit of age, e.g. rotting support posts for the balconies, and bits of rust and stain in the bathroom. Sleep was marginal -- disturbed...
