The hotel appears to have been renovated recently. Very comfortable lounge area with snack bar and Starbucks bar. The room was very nice with new carpet, baseboard, drapes etc. The pool area with mountains int he back ground was the view from our little deck. Very enjoyable pool area. i will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for just a night as we were catching a concert at Agua Caliente and wanted a place to stay. The friendliness and service at check in was fantastic. Couldn't have been nicer or felt more welcomed. The hotel is clean and modern looking. Our room was the same. Clean, open, and we loved that they had a balcony! The...

This property is not up to the standards of other Courtyard properties i have stayed at. The configuration of their King Suite is completely different (worse) than others i have stayed at. The hotel lobby is nice but the rooms are dreary and the decor depressing. There is a weird "blue sky" wallpaper graphic on every bedroom wall that is...

We like to break up our trips to California by overnighting in this area, but had not yet stayed at this Courtyard, so it was a first. From check in to check out we were very happy. The staff is very nice, and upon check in, we were presented with a bottle of water with a gold label, which had...

This hotel was clean, modern, staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was a nice size and had sun all day. The house keeping was also very good. It would have been nice to have breakfast included but this being said, they have a really affordable cafe at the hotel and little market by reception. Situated next to Applebee's...

This was a nice place to stay for an overnight trip. The room was clean and fairly up-to-date. The bathroom could have used a remodel though since it was getting gross. Lots of nearby dining options. Parking was a breeze. Staff was helpful when I requested a ground floor room and when we needed more towels. Check-in and check-out was...

Nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is a little remote but in an interesting area centrally located in the Palm Springs Area. A lot of things to do near: Golf, the Annenberg Estate, Restaurant and Etc.

The front desk staff at this hotel needs to return to hotel school. I have witnesses what I would say is the highest level of incompetence or just plain "I don't give a damn about my customers". I spoke to several people during the week prior to my stay to book two connecting rooms for a very particular (and medical)...

dear lulupearl I am truly disappointed to hear of your difficulties experienced in receiving the connecting rooms that were needed as well as the lack of response from the team on property. I will be reviewing the experience with the team while I am on property next week to insure that we do not have another guest with a similar...

Everything is as it is with other Courtyard properties. Predictable and very workable. If I were doing it again, I would probably stay at the adjacent Residence Inn since for a slightly higher price you get a lot more. \

We stayed 3 nights for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. It's great having the free tournament shuttle to take fans to the tournament. The rooms seem relatively recently remodeled, with comfortable beds. The in-wall old-style air conditioning unit is a bit loud, so we usually cooled them room down quite a bit at night, then turned off the a/c when...
