I ate an early dinner in the lobby bar on December 23, 2014 and watched the sunset over the mountains - beautiful and breathtaking. The service was good. I had a glass of Malbec wine and a sandwich - BLT with avocado - it came with home made chips which were crunchy and tasty. The sandwich was delicious. The lobby...

I went to the spa every day, swam every day, and had two facials! The staff was the best, the steam rooms, hot tubs and "quiet space" was incredible. My husband played golf and loved it. We found the beautiful restaurants to be delicious. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean and very comfy. Great view from our patio of the mountains. Marriott always has the best pillows. We loved walking around the beautiful grounds. The morning conference breakfast outstanding, especially the Pecan Cinnamon Rolls, Yum! Looking forward to our next visit.

We went here primarily for the tennis - and were not disappointed. Besides the usual hard courts, they also have a few clay and one lonely grass court. The first day, we did an hour on both the clay and grass. It was a blast! The next day, my wife did their "Grand Slam Round Robin". It's doubles matches on...

Recently, had a one night stray at this wonderful resort. Very nice experience, beginning with a friendly, courteous greeting from the parking valet. Reception was great, very efficient and courteous, too. Room was very nicely decorated with soothing color themes. The large marble tiled bathroom had a separate tub and large walk-in shower. A balcony overlooked the landscaped grounds and...

I stayed at this resort for a business conference and was very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff, the excellent accommodations and outstanding food. Lobby bar has a lovely view of the water and you can take a gondola ride around the property. The sushi bar offerings were delicious and I had a fantastic meal at the Rockwood Grill....

I was there for a 3 night stay during a business trip and enjoyed service and property very much. The resort feels like it's about 30 years old and has been updated appropriately. The restaurants on the premises are all exceptional, but pricey. The room service is impeccable and the personal overall is very helpful and pleasant. If there is...

My wife and I stayed at the JW this past weekend. Our experience began with a wonderful front desk experience provided by Sarah. The night started out wit the buffet at the Rockwood Grill. Food, service and atmosphere was all excellent, avoid the deserts, they are not very tasty. We then moved to the patio and drink coffee listening to...
