Told other agent she was heading in back, took phone and left. Person who checked me in have me one small water for being good (there...

Management response:

I'm so sorry for the issues you had with your stay, we are a new management company that just took over the hotel in October and have renovations scheduled for this summer to help with the look of the property. Sorry that the staff was not very accommodating and did not get the laundry room cleaned.

I have stayed at many Marriott Residence Inn across the USA. This hotel does not meet up to MY expectation of style of aesthetics which I have come to be accustomed too at many other Marriott Hotels. The room colors are drab and unappealing and the dark colored furniture is stained and depressingly boring. Now if style and that "WOW"...

Great location, laundry on site, as said breakfast included but it's in the lobby and the rooms are located in 'villas' (not sure what else to call them).. basically separate 2 story buildings and no elevators that I saw, so it'd really suck to have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. The area in which my room was located...

We spent a couple of nights here. The room was comfortable. It had all expected amenities. Everything worked. The bed was good. The grounds are well kept. The staff was professional. The breakfast does get boring.
