My boyfriend and I went once again to The Capri, this time arriving the day before Thanksgiving and leaving Friday after Thanksgiving. The Capri is under new ownership so here are what has changed. No longer is there a free continental breakfast, no more DVD/VHS...More
Always my favourite. I adore Ojai and I adore the Capri hotel. It's inexpensive and cosy and has everything you need. Wifi, king size beds, huge TV, and it's central. I have never even looked to stay anywhere else after discovering it.

I would ask to speak to Christopher at The Capri, I think he's the manager/owner. I was once charged for an additional night when I was already checked out and they corrected the error right away. If that fails I would contact my credit card and try to get a refund that way. I was onced charged hotel fees when my Groupon didn't say fees would be charged and I got that refunded by American Express.
