You go to Southern California to be outside and NCV has amazing outside amenities that more than make up for older and outdated units. The landscaping is wonderful and lush. The koi pond is a great feature and the proximity to he beach can't be beat. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and very well maintained. The only reason... More

First of all the photos that the owner posted gave the impression you would be looking out at the ocean. Far from it. Our view was railroad tracks and listening and watching the Surfliner railroad about every half hour. Room was upgraded. The only positive. The owner boasted about the bedroom furniture being imported from Italy. The furniture was plastic... More

Great place to stay, if you can find the owner, do not use their real estate management they are brains like birds. I enjoy waking up to the ocean breeze and i love the barbecue pits, they keep the facility clean.

North Coast Village is a great choice for a beach vacation. The amenities are great and include two pools, beautiful grounds and a gym. Everything is very close to the ocean and some of the ocean views are stunning. There are several rental agents who deal with this property. Be very careful who you use. One to avoid is Pamela... This guest had stayed with me for 3 yrs in the same condo and had no problems. He has a bit of a scrooge personality normally, but we had a good rapport, until his last stay. They stayed for 2 months and had always left the condo in excellent condition, until this year. When we arrived there was food and... More

We have stayed at North Coast Village multiple times and as usual the property was beautiful and very well maintained. The check-in gets easier and easier each time we go, it literally took 5 minutes to get the keys and find out assigned parking. Once again, the close proximity (walking distance) to the restaurants at the Harbor make it so... More

This complex is really awesome, and you will have a great time if you rent the right condo. The important thing to note is that not all of the condos are owned by the same company. Some are individually owned and rented, while others are rented out by companies. So, you need to make sure you are getting a good... More

I found North Coast Village Unit G-109 through the VRBO website. It was one of the only units I could find available for our week vacation and I am so glad that we found it! We checked in late on Saturday after a long day at the Zoo Safari Park. The security building was easy to find and the personnel... More

First off the location is brilliant, it is walking distance from Oceanside Harbor (you can see it from the complex), the Pier and the train/coaster station. The complex itself is beautifully landscaped and has all the amenities including a private grass area on the beach with the ocean right in front of you. I loved our 2 bedroom condo. It... More

We visited friends who were staying here and it is just the perfect location. It's walking distance to the harbor, pier, and downtown Oceanside. The closest beach is a good one. The pool in the complex is a little chilly, but nice regardless. The only down side is that the complex is enormous, so there are a ton of people... More
