The ammenties were outstanding, location was great, close to the ocean, shops and eats!! We did'nt even need a car most of the time--We just walked over the river to the harbor... James (Jim) was our contact for the condo owner and was great! Outstaning attention to detail and made us fee at home.

Was part of a large family group (17 total, 4 in my family) that rented four units, ours was D-28, a second floor two bedroom that had some amazing views of the ocean. the unit itself has not been updated in a while, still has some older, but well maintained and comfortable, furniture. Although not on vacation to watch TV,...

NCV is a great place to stay if you can find a good condo. We stayed in D29 which is a water front and a lower level end unit. The location was nice because the kids could walk straight from the beach (over the rocks) to the outside showers to clean off the sand and right back to the condo....

In the Fall of 2012 the unit was repainted and new living room furniture purchased. 2011 the bedding has change to new King and Queen/Twin in the second bedroom.

The location is lovely, steps from the sand, but if you're coming here to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean, forget about it! There's constant construction noise. This place may look nice at first glance but it must be falling apart because they're always doing something to it and making a terrible racket in the process. We chatted...

The management gave us a parking permit but failed to tell us that it wasn't valid during the day (lotta good that does) which cost us $55 parking ticket. When we approached the management they said so what..we don't care! Carpet was so dirty that we had to wear shoes indoors at all times. The garbage disposal didn't work when...

We stayed two entire weeks at the North Coast Village - B208. EVERYTHING was perfect, While the description of the website on paradisebythesea.com was not very appealing, we had a very good surprise when we arrived the the actual appartment, delighted by its size and cleanliness. It was our third summer in Oceanside and we had always avoided it before...

Thank you so much for the wonderful review, I am sorry that the website didn't portray this wonderful condo, as you saw it in person, but always nice to get a GOOD SURPRISE instead of a bad one, yes? I always try to get them as true to the pictures as possible, but sometimes, pictures just don't show it all....

I have used parts of another's review in this review from another person who stayed in a different condo because it matched my experience so closely. I will change differences: The condo looks like something out of the 70's. I doubt whether there have been any improvements made to this unit since it was built. The furniture in the living/dining...

We are a younger couple with a 3 year old and we are on somewhat of a budget so we were thrilled to find somewhere cheaper than a hotel that we could also make our own meals and have plenty of space for our 3 year old. We chose a 1 bedroom unit at North Coast Village after A LOT...

The condo looks like something out of the 70's. I doubt whether there have been any improvements made to this unit since it was built. The furniture in the living/dining room is worn and dirty. The pull-out couch could not be used at all (there is a piece of plywood supporting the cushions). The carpet is worn and dirty. The...

We stayed here because of the recommendation of some friends. What a great find!! The complex is only about 2 minutes from I-5. It is off the last exit heading north before Camp Pendleton. That means it is 45 minutes from Sea World, 1 hour on the dot to Disneyland and 5 minutes to Lego Land. The complex has two...
