My husband, granddaughter and I spent 4 wonderful days and had one of the best vacations I can remember in many years. We have recommended this location to all of our friends and family and plan to stay here for many years to come. The condo was extremely easy to find and it far exceeded our expectations. Our family had...

Dear Sue, You are the Sweetheart! What a GREAT experience it was for me working with you and your family, plus the referalls you have since sent my way are such a blessing too. This is sometimes a tough business dealing with so many personalities (if you know what I mean) and making everyone happy, isn't always easy, but you...

My wife and I with our toddler son stayed in Pamela Hayes B324 North Coast Village condo this week and had a wonderful time. The condo is one of the nicest in the complex, with 2 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, a nice sized living room, eat in dining room and well equipped kitchen. It is very comfortable and Pamela...

We have stayed at NCV multiple times and had a wonderful stay. Pools, amenities are great., however, this was our first time dealing with Pamela -- - and would NEVER work with her again. Before and while booking, she's nice and helpful and seemingly pleasant, however, as soon as there's a problem or a question, she does a 180. She...

I cannot speak for your behaviour as only you can control that but I can speak my version of the factual events. You called and said you could book a condo across the hall for xx amount, I offered you a $200.00 discount off of my regular price if booked by 4/30 of which my website reflected, you then went...

We rented the unit through Stephanie Marella at Seahorse Properties, Inc. DBA Seagaze Vacation Housing. She failed to disclose that the neighbor upstairs has a medical condition that requires a percussion bed. It’s on day and night and it sounds like a jackhammer. We could not sleep the whole time we were there. It was horrible. Stephanie knew full well...

In July of 2010 we took over management of unit E105 and we did find it in terrible shape. But the owner was willing to work with us and we had the unit totally repainted, we have been replacing and updating all of the linens and kitchen supplies to the point we are very happy with the unit now. And...

We stayed 4 weeks in unit G-102 at North Coast Village. Booking was easy with the owner, Pamela Hayes. All the information about the complex and things to do in the area were provided. Our unit was a budget category one bedroom, very clean with new paint and new carpet everywhere. Free and secure Internet wi fi was available. There's...

Thanks so much for your kind review and my apologies for the items that you saw as cons, I would have happily brought over any item you needed had I known. As you were aware this was the first rental after the remodel and sometimes we don't have everything just perfect the first go around, again my apologies. As for...

Was part of a large family group (17 total, 4 in my family) that rented four units, ours was D-28, a second floor two bedroom that had some amazing views of the ocean. the unit itself has not been updated in a while, still has some older, but well maintained and comfortable, furniture. NCV is a great place to stay if you can find a good condo. We stayed in D29 which is a water front and a lower level end unit. The location was nice because the kids could walk straight from the beach (over the rocks) to the outside showers to clean off the sand and right back to the condo....

In the Fall of 2012 the unit was repainted and new living room furniture purchased. 2011 the bedding has change to new King and Queen/Twin in the second bedroom.

The location is lovely, steps from the sand, but if you're coming here to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean, forget about it! There's constant construction noise. This place may look nice at first glance but it must be falling apart because they're always doing something to it and making a terrible racket in the process. We chatted...
