Hotel was fine. Clean but expensive... had to pay for breakfast, WiFi, and a $18 daily fee for breakfast. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful... waiting in line to get in and out of the front gate is a little annoying but not a big deal.

I'm sorry about the traffic you were forced to deal with at the parking gate. This does occur from time to time, but I'm happy to say it is not frequent. Although our room rate can be high, depending on the day of the week, we do our absolute best to ensure our guests are getting their 'moneys worth' through our commitment in providing a high level of service and quality. I had a business meeting at the Warriors game after flying into Oakland Airport. This was a very comfortable place to stay near both locations. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle was easy to and from the airport.

Fantastic! A great stay should always begin and end with an easy ride to and from the airport. Our bell team is the first and last point of contact for our guests who are travelling by flight. Our close proximity to the Oakland Airport as well as the Oracle Arena makes us the popular choice. We hope your business endeavors during your stay were a success. Is business class the nicest rooms?
Having stayed in only business class room I can't compare it to the others. However, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated but was clean and functional.

How often does the shuttle go to and from the coliseum ?
Sorry I cannot answer that question. The last time I asked the desk staff about non airport drop offs, they told me that trips to the Coliseum BART station was based on AS NEEDED basis.

No need to call for airport pick up. They come every 20 minutes to yhe designated pick up location. Not sure about the coliseum though.
