We scheduled this hotel for a football game. We were limited on selection because we booked so close to our departure date. The hotel had bars on the windows, and empty parking lot, and looked like it charged by the hour. We didn't stop. The staff never answered the phone, and th

Oh man what an old place! Leaking ceiling, banging pipes, thin walls. The bed And pillows were just OK, and my colleague had crumbs in her bed and the hairdryer was broken and just about burned her hair off. We stayed here because we had a choice of spending way more money or sta

I was over in SF for a business meeting. Hotel prices in SF were outrageous, so I looked at this place over the Bay.

Excellent find. Characterful place, not some faceless chain hotel. Perfect location, 2mins walk from the BART. Room was comfortable and clean. Food was excellent

Stayed for 3 nights and whilst it wasn’t so bad that we had to move it certainly wasn’t great. The room was small and dark and there was a real issue with the lights having motion sensors on them... we turned the light out to go to sleep and then if we turned over in bed it came

This hotel is in the "boutique" hotel style, but without the charm or upkeep. Numerous issues in a one night stay. Staff range from disinterested in helping to downright rude. Room not well maintained. Carpet falling apart, Toilet didn't work right. Shower water had bursts o

you THOUGHT there were bed bugs or you actually saw them?

I would say it is accessible - no stairs at entry. Elevator is small but I think a power chair would fit. Some of the king suites have a step down so be sure to ask for an accessible room. We really like the people here and the location. Manager Carlos will try to make everything nice for you.

What facilities for disabled does the hotel have? Hotels . com lists many, but I can find no information on the hotel website...
Restaurant seemed to be handicapped accessible and the hotel entrance is at street level. There is the old elevator to each floor--do not remember enough room on elevator to turn around (would probably have to back into elevator if in wheelchair). Our hotel room had a step up to get into bathroom. Do not know if all the rooms are the same. Our room was small. Once again, it would be tight to maneuver in a wheelchair, but a cane or walker would be fine. Some rooms may be bigger. The front desk staff seemed eager to assist us, so I would definitely call to ask about a specific room.

"Ask about light and views"
"Pretty noisy if you're in a street-side room..."
"The Free wifi never worked in our room on the 3rd Floor. Maybe the 2nd floor would be better."
"Ask for an inside room, not facing the street which can sometimes be noisy."
"A room away from the noise of the elevator would be a good idea."
