We arrived at the hotel and there were approximately 10 men loitering in the parking lot. Hours later they were still there, drinking. My husband thought it was fine, but I was a bit intimidated. The rooms are outdated and look a bit dirty. You can hear people in the halls and above you constantly. Wi-fi barely works. On the...

We needed to book a place to stay last minute for a weekend trip to Yosemite. All the hotels in the park were full so we chose to stay at this inn. It was totally worth the price and the customer service was great. Tasha was so accommodating and helped me find a solution when I found out I couldn't...

This hotel has very dirty carpet and it is very expensive-cost us 200 dollars to stay for one night. it is a ripoff!! The name of the hotel is called Best Values but not reflect its name at all. This is the most expensive, yet most terrible hotel we have ever stayed in USA!

Last minute trip means I had to settle for only hotel room in town....lesson learned!!! The person checking us in was listening to headphones, didn't know what TripAdvisor was, and didn't care about customer service. The rooms had stained carpets, dated mattresses, and run down furniture. The shower head was falling off and weak. The breakfast was horrible, crowded, and...

Tried to email the owner Dan Choi... he will not respond to my email.... They cheated me out of...

Hotel is overpriced and dated, even though it is fairly new. It's hard to tell who works at the front desk because they are dressed like they just walked in off the street. The manager was unprofessional and sloppily dressed too. They treat you like you are waiting their time. The wifi only works in the lobby. Forget about getting...

Well, for some reason, hotels located near big national parks most of time are very far away from the best ones. Americas Best Value Inn in Oakhurst wasn't so bad as legendary famous for filthiness Armagosa Hotel nearby Death Valley National Park, however it clearly shows signs of aging and wearing out - rusty (but clean) bathroom towel racks, stains...

Awful place. Avoid if you do not want to RUIN your trip to the Park! The hotel smells awful. The manager was crude and refused to let guests in although there were spare rooms in the hotel. He blamed all the problems to the guests and refused to talk. Traveled with two seniors and was blocked in the lobby for...

We were on a Contiki tour and this is where we stayed - definitely not what we were expecting. Pros: The staff were really friendly, they helped me get coins for the laundry + they were really friendly on check in. If it was for staff alone they would get a five out of five. Nice pool. Beds were clean....
