We stayed here after the long drive from SFO and went to Yosemite the next day, staying one more night. There is much to like. Rooms are comfy, the setting is enjoyable (we saw quail, hummingbirds, etc. in the area below the patio), the breakfast/snacks are OK. It is a quiet and enjoyable setting. The two nits? The wifi only...

We booked this room in advance so that we would have a nice room after visiting Yosemite. We are glad that we did. The rooms were similar to a nice hotel room with quite nice accommodations. There were snacks to greet us in the evening. The house as nestled off the main road in a pleasant setting. I would highly...

The Hound´s Tooth Inn was a wonderful discovery. I made the reservation based on a Trip Advisor recommendation but never expected anything so comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts were just wonderful in the B&B style traditional and offered all the comfort and convenience we could ask for and at a reasonable price. The crown was a wonderful breakfast with everything...

Stopped here based on good reviews and upon arrival thought this was a sure fir five star review. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy drive into Yosemite for the one day we needed. Albeit I personally would not want to do the drive everyday if staying a long time Room was huge and bed very comfortable...

We stayed here for 2 nights and this place is not your fancy hotel but if you want to be traditional then this is your place. The hotel is beautiful looking, lovely views and situated perfectly. The town nearby has everything you need, gas station, lots of choices for eating out and supermarket. We stayed in room 3 which had...

Outrageous fees for misplaced keys, $200 for a regular house key that can be replicated at $1.15 at any hardware store. This is not mentioned on Booking.com or their website. They make you sign and agree to the fee upon check-in at which time you have no recourse as you will lose one-day deposit and won't be able to find...

This place had great ratings so I booked it for two nights. If you like a very old decrepit ottoman shoved in the space below the bar with coat hangers, aluminum blinds with the middle section missing and the outside light shining onto your bed all night, worn and pilling sheets and towels and the refusal to refund a night...

Great location. Spotlessly clean and very helpful hosts. We stayed here for two nights and it worked really well. A plentiful breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Very nice little seating area outside the room to relax at the end of a hard day. We are at El Cid's Alice's BBQ place. Portions are big. Be warned lol.

Nice place to stay on the south side of Yosemite, it let you avoid the traffic on at the other entrance. I was a bit taken aback at breakfast, where they served chicken fried steak and an egg/potato mixture. I expected just eggs. That type of food isn't my taste, but I understand from the our friends who were with...
