This was a clean, quiet room with very friendly staff. We were just passing through but it is a great location for visits into San Francisco. We were leaving to early in the morning to check out the Bistro but we would return to this hotel for another stay.

Courtyard's can occasionally be a roll of the dice - the older properties are a bit battle weary or the updates have made a real difference. This one is a solid example of well maintained rooms & an upgraded lobby area. Great staff. Upper levels have small balconies for some fresh air. Easy access to 101 - a large Safeway...

We were doing some training in the area and once again we stayed at the Courtyard Novato. My five-day stay was very good. My fourth-floor room was quiet, clean and convenient. Housekeeping did a very nice job. Of particular note, Linda Bordessa (Guest Services) was extremely helpful.

This location is a great central location for those looking to take in the sights of San Francisco, Sonoma/Napa wine country, the Marin Headleads, and more. This property is in line with Courtyard's brand. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Request a room away from the elevator unless you don't mind the noise. Service in the cafe...

3 stars: My daughter and I stood here for a few days. It's not so far from San Francisco (30-40 minute drive depending on traffic), 30 minutes from the outlet stores in Petaluma, CA. The hotel offers reasonably price breakfast, lunch and dinner. I spent about $20 for us for each meal. There's a supermarket, Starbucks, McDonald's and gas station...

This is a great location if you are flying into the Bay Area to check out northern California colleges or attractions. It is north of San Francisco, outside the hustle and bustle of the city, and easy to get to. Free and ample parking. Standard motel-like room which should really be a Fairfield Inn rather than a Courtyard, and very...

Very nice property. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower. In room coffee not good. No free breakfast but McDonald's in their lot and several restaurants in plaza behind them and a grocery store and gas station. 20 minutes to Golden Gate Bridge. Nice area. Would stay again

I stay at this Courtyard Novato on business on regular basis. I thought I would like to review this Courtyard because every time I visit, they treat me so good! It is easy to write a bad review when something goes wrong. This place deserves a good review from me today because nothing ever goes wrong when I stay here....

The lobby has been redecorated, but the rooms are dated although the are clean. We did experience quite a bit of noise through the ceiling which was hard to take. The hallways need new carpet and paint, and the elevators are showing wear. At check in I was offered a tiny bottle of water for 2 people, which was sad....

Hello UpperWS, Thanks for talking the time to write a review about our hotel. We are sorry to hear that you were not wholly satisfied with your room amenities. Marriott has prided itself on leading the lodging industry in service and accommodations for over 80 years. We realize, however, that certain elements within our business can be perfected, so we...

Hotel services were just what one might expect at a Marriott, fast and efficient. Our room was a standard upgrade and though the AC was quiet, there is an employee access and trash service area on the north side that was noisy from about 7am. On the eastside of the hotel a light rail train toots on by during the...

Hello EAA-AV8R, Thanks for taking the time to write a review of our property. I’m sorry for the noise you experienced while staying at our property. The traffic into the city in the morning is very heavy. The train you spoke about is going to be the new transit line from Santa Rosa to Larkspur Ferry Terminal. When finished we...
