Large well equipped room with Fridge and Microwave. No coffee machine in room but hot drinks available in foyer. Very efficient on arrival. Good choice for breakfast but lacking fruit juices or fruit.

We were going to stay in Laughlin, but didn't want to stay in a hotel with smoke. We ended up going through Laughlin and stayed at this place. We were in a room that was on the first floor that i think allowed animals to be in the room. We had to call for towels and pillows. The people there are friendly, so i do not hold anything against them at all. The floor was spotted with looked like either urine from animals or just liquids. I wore my shoes to walk in the room. I definitely will upgrade my hotel choices than spend another night in this hotel.

Traveling alone with my son, safety was an important factor for me. This hotel felt relatively safe.....however I was not extremely comfortable there. We used the swimming pool, but it was a little cloudy and dirty. On the second floor there were a lot of guys in and out of their rooms, who would often stop to linger and stare over the pool.....very uncomfortable! I saw these guys creeping young girls out at the pool throughout the evening......just drinking beer and learing into the pool. In the morning the guys doubled in numbers and were drinking beer in the pool at 8am.....I just imagined them drinking and peeing in the pool we swam in the night before! YUCK! When we went to the parking lot it was stuffed full of diesels. It seems this place is a hot spot for truckers heading in and out of the SW.

The sleep was ok, people on the third floor became really active around 2am which woke me up and was difficult to shut them out and go back to sleep. All and all, the hotel was ok, but I would stay at the Motel 6 or Comfort Inn next time.

We were overnight in Needles. This property was a great find. Very clean, great staff. Breakfast was OK, typical.

The hotel was 100% full. BNSF staff stay there. Pool and BBQ outside where they were treating themselves to BBQ steak and fix-ins.

Property is a bit confusing. Its two connected buildings. One is Roadway Inn, and one is Quality Suites. They share the lobby, pool, and breakfast room. There is no signage outside the lobby. I drove around the property to find the Roadway lobby. Finding no other lobbies, I went it to one I passed. I services both properties. Would be nice to have a "registration" sign and signs for each property visible.

So shop for the better price between the two, and you still have the same public spaces.

We normally travel in our Motor home so we had not stayed in hotels for sometime. We just pulled in off the highway & took a chance on it. We had been on the road for three days, and were very tired. The first two hotels we stayed in were awful. This one was a very welcome surprise. It was well manicured and spotless, no litter or trash unlike the others. Staff was friendly and professional, Heather got us checked into a room and was very helpful. Our room was clean and on the bottom floor. It was at the end of the building as requested so we could easily take our little pups outside. Next morning, breakfast was good, and staff in the breakfast room went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Upon checkout Peter was extremely helpful and pleasant. I told him that this was one of the cleanest, well manicured hotels we have stayed in. We could tell that the staff took pride in their jobs and on making our stay very pleasant. If we ever go back through Needles, Ca. we would definitely stay again!

We were traveling from Flagstaff to Los Angeles and were tired, so we picked the first hotel we found in Needles. Big Mistake. The room wasn't dirty, but it was shabby. The mattress sagged in the middle and was the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever slept in (worse than a pull out couch mattress). The air conditioner unit sounded like a semi truck with all of the rattling and noise it was making. Also, this property is close to the railroad track, so you can hear train whistles as they pass all night long.

We were travelling from Phoenix to Las Vegas and needed a room for the night. There were a few hotels in Needles and we unfortunately chose Travelers Inn.
BIG MISTAKE. The room was very tired and dirty. Stained carpet, dirty sink/taps which included bristles from the last shaver or even before. The bed linen was, however, thin but clean. Some you win; some you lose.

Since we were traveling with a large trailer with motorcycle and other goods, we had to plan stops. Since there is nothing between Needles and Barstow, we did not have much choice--wish we'd tried the Best Western even though not as accessible from I40.

Very run down and lobby smells like alcoholics peed on the carpet. They really airbrushed their photos as the place does not look anywhere that good. Room had stains on carpet and chairs. Very outdated--just formica counters etc--and they do not have king beds in any rooms. We booked the highest priced suite, but don't think that really made any difference in what you get. Would never stay here again!

I have never written an online review before this. Please realize the level of my dissatisfaction.
My husband and I, who were traveling through Needles to Grand Canyon, needed a place to sleep for one night. We were arriving late and leaving early so I thought any nearby, clean, quiet place with a bed would do. I got the room for $42 and thought it was a good deal...until we arrived.
Though check-in was smooth, everything that followed was HORRIBLE. We were in a shabby, out-dated, bland room on the second floor. The power button on the tv was missing, several light bulbs didn't work, the linens and towels looked frayed and dingy, the mattress was hard and uncomortable, and they only provided two small, flat pillows on the bed. AND that wasn't even the worst part.
As I stated, we were on the second floor. Our ceiling squeeked so incredibly loudly from someone walking upstairs all night. I don't know why, but it seemed the person above us was awake all evening and the noise woke my husband and I, who are usually sound sleepers, up several times that night. We had arrived at 10:00pm and had left by 7am, but got only a few hours of sleep.
When we alerted the front desk about the problem, they casually said, "Yeah, the floor squeeks upstairs on the third floor, so you can hear it on the second floor. We know it's pretty bad." Unapologetically, they dismissed our complaint.
DO NOT STAY HERE! I will never stay here again. Though I had very few needs when it came to a place to spend the night but sleeping was one of them and is probably one of yours. I know the options are very limited in Needles, but stay elsewhere if you want any hope of sleeping!

Well, I agree with the negative comments- pictures looked great but not what we saw when we got there. We don't want much, just a clean room with decent beds- it did have decent beds (more on them later). They charged us extra for our 2 cats, but the room was filthy- I don't think it had been vacuumed in days. I complained to the owner's wife the next morning- wanted my extra deposit for cleaning because of the cats refunded- she said they never give anyone their money back. We were told we could have a king bed when we made the reservation but when we got into the room it had 2 queens- I called the owner from my cell phone (because he wouldn't answer the hotel phone) and he said that none of the rooms have king beds "because he has trouble with them". And some of the other people staying there were a little scary- been living there for weeks
