Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our family had an overnight stay here on our way to Grand Canyon NP. The inn is right off of exit 141 with a well lit free parking, which was greatly appreciated since we didn't arrive until 11:15pm.
The room we stayed in was clean and the beds were comfortable. Basic continental breakfast spread. We love the fact that they allow 1 pet to stay in the room for free. More than 1 then you'll have to pay extra.
All in all, Red Roof Inn was an great and economical stay for our family in Needles.

I stayed at this location ten days ago on the last leg of a cross country trip with a UHaul truck to help my son relocate to CA. The physical facility is tired, but adequate. My room seemed clean although the AC unit was quite noisy. But the proprietor made this a very positive stay that I remember well. She directed me to decent places to eat, made sure I understood the wifi coordinates, and was very helpful in allowing me to park the truck in a well lit location that I could see from my room.

I had pleasure staying here during a unfortunate car problems, luckily needles Red Roof hotel and and the surrounding business made my unplanned visit home welcoming. The mother and son of this establishment were more than kind to me by letting their staff know not to disturb if I overslept pass check out time. The hotel room was very clean, cozy and safe. If you need to stop and catch some zzzs this definitely a perfect spot.

We paid 120$ for tonight's stay. I have 39% lung function on oxygen 24/7 we walk in and all I can smell is a flowery cleaner that is nauseating. When we told the office they said it's the fabuloso they use to sanitize. My shihtzu threw up and is acting disoriented I have a headache was trying to breath through a wet cloth but made my oxygen level go to low. I have asthma and it's triggered offices solution was he has a room upstairs that no one used last night maybe it would be better. Um I can't walk stairs. Need knee replacement and did I mention I'm hypoxic?
We are stuck here. I feel so Ill. It's 113 degrees outside we triedopening windows to get a cross breeze but it still reeksits just warmer in here and even stronger smelling. Ever here of rinsing after disinfecting with nauseating cleaners that are toxic.
If we could we would leave. It's that bad. Ugh even my nose and throat are burning I feel so bad for my little doggies. It's got to be so much worse on them.

Amazing price for a great room! Friendly staff, and conveniently located. Their continental breakfast food was only Twinkie's and ho-ho’s, but you still can’t beat what you get for this low price. I would definitely stay again!!!

This was a stop over for me while traveling across state lines. The housekeeping staff was polite and the young man at the front desk was very friendly to say the least. He gave me a few suggestions for food options in town and helped me out with some other information that I needed. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

No dog this time, but found out the first dog is free if you stay here.
The room was very nice with a tiled bathroom.
Excellent room with features that were not marred except for the bed covering that was really full of grease stains.
We arrived early, in order to get out of Vegas, and Rom was super in getting us an early check in.
I am not sure why people stay in Needles as there is nothing there to do. A terrible casino, Spirit Mountain, is not far and is not fun nor do the employees try to make it so. Slots are not loose.
River City Pizza Company is great, but expensive.
Very close to gas stations and some fast food places.
The Eagles Aerie
in town is a wonderful place for friendly encounter and various easy food specials. Guy is a great bartender.
We came in from Laughlin, which is not pathetic, and found two bars open in town.
Overall, this is a nice place, but cannot understand why someone would want to py almost $100 for this room in order just to sleep at night.

This was the best stay I’ve had at a Red Roof. The front desk made it so easy for me and my dog to stay with them— even with the Coronavirus scares. They even packaged breakfast in a to-go bag for us. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant Wagon Wheel is also pet friendly and we’re gonna eat lunch there on our way out. Thank you so much Red Roof!

When we arrived we were welcomed by the staff very warmly and they helped my family in a very needful situation from being stranded a couple days. They are such understanding people. Plus we won CASH in the raffle!! It was a blessing getting to know and connecting with this family. We loved it!!

No complaints here. Slept well and couldn’t hear any noise from outside the room. The a/c unit ran all night with no issues, and they were accommodating with my late checkout request. Looking forward to my next red roof inn stay.

Unfortunately, Red Roof Inn changed their pet policy in 2019: No more than 1 dog per room. That leaves us out. Too bad. We always liked staying at Red Roof Inns.
